سياسة الخصوصية

1. المعلومات التي نعالجها

• الإعلانات: قد تعالج Google AdMob عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت لتقدير الموقع التقريبي، ومعرّف الجهاز، والإعلانات التي تمت مشاهدتها، والتفاعلات مع الإعلانات والتطبيق.
• بيانات التشخيص: قد تعالج AdMob تقارير الأعطال وبيانات الأداء، مثل وقت بدء التشغيل ومعدّل التوقف واستهلاك الطاقة، وبيانات تشخيص تقنية أخرى.
• المشتريات: تعالج Apple معلومات سجل المشتريات والمعاملات من خلال StoreKit للتحقق من المشتريات واستعادتها. لا نحصل على بيانات بطاقة الدفع.
• محتوى اللعب: تُرسل النتائج والإنجازات إلى Apple Game Center عندما تكون مسجلاً فيه.

قد ترتبط بيانات الموقع التقريبي ومعرّف الجهاز وبيانات الإعلانات وتفاعلات الاستخدام بجهازك. وقد يُستخدم معرّف الجهاز للتتبّع عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع تملكها جهات أخرى بعد الحصول على الإذن المطلوب.

2. المعلومات المحلية

تُحفظ إعدادات الصوت، والتقدّم، والمهام، والتخصيصات، وإحصاءات اللعب المحلية على جهازك. لا نملك خادماً لحسابات اللاعبين أو قاعدة بيانات خاصة لتخزين هذه المعلومات. يؤدي حذف التطبيق عادةً إلى إزالة البيانات المحلية.

3. لماذا نستخدم المعلومات

• عرض إعلانات تابعة لجهات خارجية، ودعم أنشطة الإعلان أو التسويق، وقياس أداء الإعلانات.
• تحسين استقرار التطبيق وأداء حزمة الإعلانات.
• تفعيل المشتريات واستعادتها ومنع الاحتيال.
• تقديم لوحات الصدارة والإنجازات في Game Center.

4. الأساس القانوني وخياراتك

نعتمد على موافقتك عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك للإعلانات المخصّصة أو التتبّع، وعلى تنفيذ الخدمة لتقديم المشتريات وميزات Game Center، وعلى مصالحنا المشروعة في الأمان والاستقرار والإعلانات السياقية حيث يسمح القانون.

يمكنك إدارة إذن التتبّع من إعدادات الخصوصية في iOS. وقد تختلف الإعلانات المتاحة وفق منطقتك وإعدادات جهازك وخيارات الموافقة.

5. خدمات الطرف الثالث

تعالج الجهات الآتية المعلومات وفق سياساتها:

• سياسة خصوصية Google وبيان جمع البيانات في Google AdMob.
• Apple StoreKit وGame Center وسياسة خصوصية Apple.

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.

6. الاحتفاظ والأمان

تبقى معلومات التقدّم المحلية على جهازك حتى تحذف التطبيق أو تعيد تعيين بياناته. تحتفظ Google وApple بالمعلومات التي تعالجانها وفق سياساتهما ومتطلبات القانون. نستخدم خدمات المنصات الرسمية ووسائل النقل المشفّر المتاحة، لكن لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية آمنة بصورة مطلقة.

7. حقوقك وحذف البيانات

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى المعلومات التي نتحكم فيها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها، وفق القانون المطبق، عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه. لا تنشئ سكاي درون حساباً خاصاً بها؛ ويمكن إدارة بيانات Game Center والمشتريات من حساب Apple وإعداداته. لحذف البيانات المحلية، احذف التطبيق من جهازك.

8. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه تحديداً إلى الأطفال دون 13 عاماً أو السن المكافئة في بلدهم، ولا نطلب منهم اسماً أو بريداً إلكترونياً أو معلومات اتصال. إذا اعتقد ولي أمر أن طفلاً زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية مباشرة، فيُرجى التواصل معنا لحذفها.

9. النقل الدولي

قد تعالج Google وApple المعلومات في بلدان غير بلد إقامتك. وتعتمد كل جهة ضمانات النقل والحماية الموضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

10. التغييرات على السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير التطبيق أو الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية. سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة ونعدّل تاريخ آخر تحديث.

1. Information We Process

• Advertising: Google AdMob may process an IP address to estimate coarse location, a device identifier, advertisements viewed, and interactions with ads and the app.
• Diagnostics: AdMob may process crash reports, performance information such as launch time, hang rate, and energy use, and other technical diagnostic data.
• Purchases: Apple processes purchase history and transaction information through StoreKit to verify and restore purchases. We do not receive payment-card details.
• Gameplay content: Scores and achievements are submitted to Apple Game Center when you are signed in.

Coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, and product interactions may be linked to your device. A device identifier may be used for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies after the required permission is obtained.

2. Information Kept on Your Device

Audio settings, progress, missions, customizations, and local gameplay statistics are stored on your device. We do not operate a player-account server or proprietary database for this information. Deleting the app will normally remove its local data.

3. Why Information Is Used

• To display third-party advertising, support advertising or marketing activities, and measure ad performance.
• To improve app stability and advertising-SDK performance.
• To enable and restore purchases and prevent fraud.
• To provide Game Center leaderboards and achievements.

4. Legal Bases and Your Choices

We rely on consent where required for personalized advertising or tracking, performance of the service for purchases and Game Center features, and legitimate interests in security, stability, and contextual advertising where permitted by law.

You can manage tracking permission in iOS privacy settings. Available advertising may vary according to your region, device settings, and consent choices.

5. Third-Party Services

The following providers process information under their own policies:

• Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob data disclosure.
• Apple StoreKit, Game Center, and the Apple Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention and Security

Local progress remains on your device until you delete the app or reset its data. Google and Apple retain information they process according to their policies and legal requirements. We use official platform services and their available encrypted transport, but no electronic method is completely secure.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of information we control by emailing us below. SkyDrone does not create its own user account; Game Center and purchase data can be managed through your Apple account and settings. Delete the app to remove local data.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the equivalent age in their country, and we do not ask them for a name, email address, or contact information. If a guardian believes a child supplied personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International Transfers

Google and Apple may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Each provider applies the transfer and protection safeguards described in its privacy policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the new version on this page and revise the last-updated date.
