Aqarly Privacy Policy

Aqarly respects your privacy. Version 2.0 operates locally on your iPhone and does not require an account or sign-in.

Data We Collect

We do not collect data from the app. Aqarly does not send property, unit, tenant, payment, bill, photo, or document data to the developer or a developer-operated server.

Local Storage

Your records, photos, and documents remain in the app on your device. Version 2.0 includes no cloud sync, Firebase, analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. Apple may include app data in a device backup depending on your iCloud settings; the developer cannot access that backup.

Import and Export

Imported files are processed on your device. When you export or share data, you choose the app or destination that receives the file. The exported copy is then subject to the recipient's privacy practices.

Subscriptions

Apple processes subscriptions and trials through StoreKit. The app checks entitlement status to unlock Premium features, but we do not receive your payment details, credit card number, or Apple ID information.

Permissions

You may grant camera or photo access to add images and documents to your records, and notification access for local reminders. These permissions are used only for the feature you choose and can be changed in iOS Settings.

Deletion and Your Choices

You can delete records in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device, subject to any backup managed by iOS under your settings. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.

Support

If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it only to respond to your request. We do not sell it or use it for tracking.

Children

Aqarly is not directed to children and does not collect personal data from app users.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when app functionality or privacy practices change. The revised effective date will appear on this page.
