سياسة الخصوصية

١. من نحن ونطاق هذه السياسة

توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل مطوّر تطبيق حرف وكلمة (ويُشار إليه بـ«نحن») مع المعلومات عند استخدام التطبيق أو زيارة هذه الصفحة. التطبيق لعبة كلمات تعليمية للعائلات والأطفال، ويعمل أساسًا على الجهاز من دون حساب مستخدم أو خادم خلفي تابع لنا.

٢. المعلومات التي نعالجها ولماذا

لا نطلب اسمك الحقيقي أو عنوانك أو رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني لاستخدام التطبيق. وقد تُعالج الفئات الآتية عند استعمال ميزات محددة:

• بيانات اللعب والإعدادات: اللغة المختارة، التقدم، الإنجازات، سجل الألعاب، الأسماء التي يدخلها اللاعبون، الإجابات والنتائج؛ لتشغيل اللعبة وحفظ التقدم.
• بيانات الاتصال بالأجهزة القريبة: اسم اللاعب وبيانات الجولة وحالة الاتصال؛ لتشغيل اللعب الجماعي المحلي.
• بيانات الإعلانات والموافقة: قد تعالج Google معلومات تقنية مثل عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت، ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق، والتفاعلات مع الإعلان، وموقعًا تقريبيًا مستنتجًا من الشبكة، وإشارات منع الاحتيال؛ لتقديم الإعلانات وقياسها وحمايتها.
• بيانات المشتريات: معرّف المنتج وحالة الشراء والاستحقاق؛ لفتح الميزات المدفوعة واستعادتها. تتولى Apple معالجة معلومات الدفع.
• مراسلات الدعم: إذا راسلتنا، نستلم عنوان بريدك ومحتوى الرسالة والبيانات التي تختار إرسالها؛ للرد على طلبك.

٣. البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز

تُحفظ إعدادات التطبيق والتقدم والإنجازات وسجل الألعاب محليًا باستخدام تقنيات تخزين Apple. لا نرفع هذه البيانات إلى خادم تابع لنا. يمكنك حذفها بحذف التطبيق وبياناته من الجهاز.

٤. اللعب الجماعي عبر الأجهزة القريبة

يستخدم التطبيق إطار Apple Multipeer Connectivity للعثور على أجهزة قريبة وتبادل أسماء اللاعبين والإجابات والنتائج وإعدادات الجولة مباشرة بينها. تكون جلسة الاتصال مشفّرة، ولا تمر هذه البيانات عبر خادم تابع لنا. تظهر البيانات للمشاركين في الجلسة، وتنتهي معالجة الاتصال عند قطع الجلسة.

٥. الإعلانات وخيارات الخصوصية

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات لافتة من Google AdMob ويستخدم منصة Google User Messaging Platform لعرض رسائل الموافقة وخيارات الخصوصية عندما يلزم ذلك.

قد تعالج Google بيانات تقنية لأغراض تقديم الإعلانات السياقية، وقياس الأداء، والأمان، ومنع الاحتيال وفقًا لسياساتها. يمكنك فتح «خيارات الخصوصية» من إعدادات التطبيق عندما تكون متاحة. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google وكيفية استخدام Google للمعلومات في الإعلانات.

٦. المشتريات داخل التطبيق

تُنفّذ المشتريات بواسطة Apple StoreKit. تستلم Apple تفاصيل الدفع، بينما يستلم التطبيق حالة المعاملة والاستحقاقات اللازمة لفتح الميزات أو استعادتها. تخضع معالجة Apple لبياناتك إلى سياسة خصوصية Apple.

٧. الأساس النظامي للمعالجة

حيثما تتطلب الأنظمة تحديد أساس نظامي، نعتمد على تنفيذ الخدمة التي تطلبها لتشغيل اللعبة والمشتريات، وعلى الموافقة عندما تطلبها قوانين الإعلانات والخصوصية، وعلى المصالح المشروعة في حماية التطبيق ومنع الاحتيال والرد على الدعم، وعلى الالتزام بالمتطلبات النظامية. يمكنك سحب الموافقة من خيارات الخصوصية عندما تنطبق.

٨. مدة الاحتفاظ

• تبقى البيانات المحلية حتى تحذف التطبيق أو بياناته.
• تُستخدم بيانات جلسة اللعب القريب أثناء الاتصال ولا نخزن نسخة منها على خوادمنا.
• نحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم بالقدر اللازم للرد وحل الطلب والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية.
• تحدد Google وApple مدد الاحتفاظ الخاصة بالبيانات التي تعالجانها وفق سياساتهما.

٩. أمن المعلومات

نستخدم وسائل مناسبة لطبيعة التطبيق، منها عزل بيانات التطبيق في نظام iOS، والاتصال المشفّر بين الأجهزة القريبة، وعدم تشغيل خادم حسابات خاص بنا. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل مضمونة الأمان بصورة مطلقة.

١٠. حقوقك وخياراتك

بحسب الأنظمة السارية، قد يكون لك حق الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها أو تقييدها أو سحب الموافقة. يمكنك حذف البيانات المحلية من جهازك، وإدارة المشتريات من حساب Apple، واستخدام خيارات الخصوصية داخل التطبيق، أو مراسلتنا لطلب المساعدة. قد نحتاج إلى معلومات معقولة للتحقق من الطلب، ولا يمكننا حذف بيانات لا نملكها لدى Apple أو Google، لكننا سنوضح لك القنوات المناسبة.

١١. خصوصية الأطفال

صُمم التطبيق للأطفال والعائلات. لا يتطلب حسابًا، ولا يطلب من الطفل تقديم معلومات اتصال، ولا يتضمن دردشة عامة أو رفع صور. ينبغي أن يشرف ولي الأمر على استخدام الطفل للتطبيق، وألا يسمح له بإدخال معلومات شخصية في اسم اللاعب أو الإجابات. نستخدم إعدادات الإعلانات الموجهة للأطفال والإعلانات غير المخصصة. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا معلومات شخصية عبر البريد، فتواصل معنا لحذفها.

١٢. مقدمو الخدمات والنقل الدولي

تعمل Apple وGoogle عالميًا، وقد تعالجان البيانات التقنية في دول تختلف عن بلد إقامتك مع تطبيق ضماناتهما القانونية والتنظيمية. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. ولا نشاركها إلا مع مقدمي الخدمات المذكورين، أو إذا أوجب النظام ذلك، أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة.

١٣. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو المتطلبات النظامية. سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». يُنصح بمراجعة الصفحة دوريًا.

1. Who We Are and Scope

This policy explains how the developer of Family Letters ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the app or visit this page. Family Letters is an educational word game for families and children. It primarily operates on-device without a user account or a backend server operated by us.

2. Information We Process and Why

We do not ask for your real name, postal address, phone number, or email address to use the app. The following categories may be processed when you use specific features:

• Game and settings data: selected language, progress, achievements, game history, player-entered names, answers, and scores—to operate the game and save progress.
• Nearby connection data: player name, round data, and connection state—to provide local multiplayer.
• Advertising and consent data: Google may process technical information such as IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, network-derived approximate location, and fraud-prevention signals—to deliver, measure, and protect ads.
• Purchase data: product identifier, purchase state, and entitlement status—to unlock and restore paid features. Apple processes payment information.
• Support correspondence: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to include—to respond to your request.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

App settings, progress, achievements, and game history are stored locally using Apple storage technologies. We do not upload this information to a server operated by us. You can remove it by deleting the app and its data from your device.

4. Nearby Multiplayer

The app uses Apple Multipeer Connectivity to discover nearby devices and exchange player names, answers, scores, and round settings directly between them. The peer session requires encryption, and this information does not pass through a server operated by us. It is visible to participants in the session, and connection processing ends when the session disconnects.

5. Advertising and Privacy Choices

The app displays banner ads through Google AdMob and uses Google User Messaging Platform to present consent messages and privacy choices where required.

Google may process technical signals for contextual ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention under its policies. You can open Privacy Options from the app's settings when available. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information.

6. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed using Apple StoreKit. Apple receives payment details, while the app receives the transaction and entitlement status needed to unlock or restore features. Apple's processing is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

7. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of the service you request for gameplay and purchases; consent where advertising and privacy laws require it; legitimate interests in protecting the app, preventing fraud, and responding to support; and compliance with legal obligations. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent through Privacy Options.

8. Data Retention

• Local data remains until you delete the app or its data.
• Nearby-session data is used during the connection, and we do not retain a server copy.
• We retain support correspondence only as needed to respond, resolve the request, and meet legal obligations.
• Google and Apple determine retention for information they process under their respective policies.

9. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the app, including the iOS app sandbox, encrypted nearby peer sessions, and avoiding our own account server. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete local data from your device, manage purchases through your Apple account, use in-app Privacy Options, or email us for help. We may request reasonable information to verify a request. We cannot directly delete information controlled by Apple or Google, but we can direct you to the appropriate channel.

11. Children's Privacy

Family Letters is designed for children and families. It does not require an account, ask a child for contact information, provide public chat, or allow photo uploads. A parent or guardian should supervise use and ensure that a child does not enter personal information as a player name or answer. We use child-directed, non-personalized ad settings. If you believe a child emailed personal information to us, contact us so we can delete it.

12. Service Providers and International Transfers

Apple and Google operate globally and may process technical information in countries outside your residence using their legal and organizational safeguards. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to the providers described above, when legally required, or when necessary to protect rights and safety.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. We will post the new version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically.
