1. Acceptance
By using Gulf Sale, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to post listings or send messages. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Listings — what is and isn’t allowed
Allowed: general merchandise, vehicles, real estate, furniture, electronics, fashion, services, jobs, and similar lawful classifieds content.
Prohibited (strict):
- Alcohol in any form (prohibited under GCC local law)
- Pork products
- Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
- Drugs (including prescription medicine resale)
- Dating or escort services
- Stolen goods
- Counterfeit items
- Content that violates local laws or Apple’s App Store guidelines
Violating listings will be removed and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text in your listings. By posting, you grant Gulf Sale a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the content within the app and its marketing.
5. Moderation and reporting
All listings pass through an automated pre-publish moderation pipeline. Listings that pass become visible immediately. Users can report listings they believe violate these terms; we review reports within 24 hours.
6. Paid features
Gulf Sale is free to use. Posting listings is free. Optional paid features include listing boosts (bump to top, featured badge, homepage placement) processed through Apple’s StoreKit. All purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policy.
7. Advertisements
The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising via iOS Settings.
8. Limitation of liability
Gulf Sale is a platform for users to connect directly. We do not inspect physical goods, verify identities beyond what Apple provides, or guarantee transactions. Use at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from within the app.
