سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق بحر الخليج
لا يجمع تطبيق بحر الخليج أي بيانات عنك. تبقى مواقعك الخاصة على جهازك، ولا توجد حسابات أو إعلانات أو أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع.
مَن نحن
بحر الخليج (Gulf Sea) تطبيق مجاني لأجهزة iPhone وiPad يعرض خريطة للأماكن الساحلية والبحرية المسمّاة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي الست، ويتيح لك حفظ مواقعك الخاصة على جهازك ومشاركة إحداثياتها. يطوّر التطبيق Hamam A. Alabdulla في دولة قطر، وهو المسؤول عن هذه السياسة.
البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا
لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات استخدام. ليس للتطبيق خادم أو حساب مستخدم، ولا يرسل إلينا أي معلومات عنك أو عن طريقة استخدامك له. ويعمل التطبيق على جهازك على النحو الآتي:
- المواقع الخاصة: الاسم الذي تكتبه والإحداثيات وتاريخ الحفظ، وتُخزَّن على جهازك فقط. تظهر على خريطة التطبيق على جهازك، ولا تُرفع إلى أي خادم.
- الموقع الجغرافي: لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع إلا عندما تضغط على «استخدام موقعي»، ويستخدمه أثناء الاستخدام فقط لتوسيط الخريطة أو تعبئة إحداثيات موقع خاص. لا يُحفظ موقعك إلا إذا حفظته بنفسك ضمن موقع خاص، ويمكنك دائمًا إدخال الإحداثيات يدويًا أو اختيارها من الخريطة دون منح الإذن.
- اختيار اللغة: يُحفظ على جهازك لعرض التطبيق باللغة التي اخترتها.
- المشاركة: عندما تضغط على «مشاركة»، يُعدّ التطبيق نصًا فيه الإحداثيات ورابط خرائط Apple ورابط التطبيق في App Store، دون الاسم الخاص الذي كتبته. أنت من يختار التطبيق الذي يُرسَل به النص، ويخضع الإرسال لسياسة ذلك التطبيق. لا يمكن سحب النسخ التي أرسلتها.
الأساس القانوني
لا نعالج بياناتك الشخصية على خوادمنا لأننا لا نتلقّاها. ما يجري على جهازك يتم بطلبك لتقديم الخدمة التي تستخدمها، ويُطلب إذن الموقع بموافقتك ويمكنك سحبه في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز.
الأطراف الأخرى
- Apple: تُعرض الخريطة عبر خدمات خرائط Apple (MapKit) التي قد تتصل بالإنترنت لتحميل الخريطة، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Apple. وإذا وافقت في إعدادات جهازك على مشاركة بيانات التحليلات مع المطوّرين، فقد توفّر لنا Apple تقارير أعطال لا تحدّد هويتك.
- لا يستخدم التطبيق Firebase أو أي أداة تحليل أو إعلانات أو تقارير أعطال من أطراف أخرى، ولا نبيع بيانات أو نشاركها.
مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى مواقعك الخاصة على جهازك حتى تحذفها من داخل التطبيق (موقعًا واحدًا أو جميعها) أو تحذف التطبيق. قد تتضمّن النسخ الاحتياطية العادية لجهازك (iCloud أو الحاسوب) مواقعك المحفوظة، وتخضع لإعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي لديك.
الأمان
تُحفظ بيانات التطبيق في مساحته الخاصة على الجهاز، وتحميها ميزة حماية البيانات في نظام iOS فتبقى مشفّرة ما دام الجهاز مقفلًا. لا تنتقل البيانات عبر الشبكة إلا عندما تختار أنت مشاركتها.
حقوقك
بما أننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، فلا توجد لدينا بيانات لنعرضها أو نصدّرها أو نحذفها. تتحكّم في بياناتك بالكامل من جهازك: يمكنك تعديل مواقعك الخاصة أو مشاركتها أو حذفها من داخل التطبيق، وسحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات الجهاز. لأي سؤال، راسلنا على العنوان أدناه.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا يجمع أي بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن في ذلك الأطفال.
نقل البيانات خارج بلدك
لا ننقل بياناتك إلى أي بلد لأننا لا نتلقّاها. قد تعالج Apple طلبات الخريطة وتقارير الأعطال على خوادمها وفق سياستها.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا تغيّرت طريقة تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه قبل صدور الإصدار الذي يتضمّن التغيير.

Gulf Sea Privacy Policy
Gulf Sea collects no data about you. Your private spots stay on your device, and there are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
Who we are
Gulf Sea (بحر الخليج) is a free iPhone and iPad app with a map of named coastal and marine places in the six GCC countries. It lets you save your own private spots on your device and share their coordinates. The app is developed by Hamam A. Alabdulla in the State of Qatar, who is responsible for this policy.
What we collect and why
We collect no personal data and no usage data. The app has no server or user account and sends us no information about you or how you use it. On your device, it works like this:
- Private spots: the title you type, the coordinates and the date saved are stored only on your device. They appear on the app's map on your device and are never uploaded.
- Location: the app asks for location permission only when you tap “Use my location”, and uses it while in use only to centre the map or fill in a private spot's coordinates. Your location is kept only if you save it in a spot yourself. You can always type coordinates or choose them on the map without granting permission.
- Language choice: stored on your device so the app shows the language you picked.
- Sharing: when you tap Share, the app prepares text with the coordinates, an Apple Maps link and the app's App Store link, without your private title. You choose the app that sends it, and that app's policy applies. Copies you send cannot be recalled.
Legal basis
We do not process your personal data on our servers because we never receive it. What happens on your device happens at your request to provide the feature you are using. Location permission is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your device's Settings.
Third parties
- Apple: the map is shown with Apple's map services (MapKit), which may use the internet to load map tiles and are covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. If you agree in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us crash reports that do not identify you.
- The app uses no Firebase, no analytics, advertising or third-party crash-reporting tools, and we do not sell or share data.
Data retention
Your private spots stay on your device until you delete them in the app (one or all) or delete the app. Normal device backups (iCloud or a computer) may contain your saved spots and follow your backup settings.
Security
The app's data is stored in its own container on the device and protected by iOS Data Protection, so it stays encrypted while the device is locked. Nothing leaves the device over the network unless you choose to share it.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to show, export or delete. You control your data on your device: edit, share or delete your private spots in the app, and withdraw location permission in Settings. For any question, email us at the address below.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from any user, including children.
International transfers
We transfer no data to any country because we receive none. Apple may process map requests and crash reports on its servers under its own policy.
Changes to this policy
If the way the app handles data changes, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before the version with that change is released.
