توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل لعبة حرب الخليج، التي يطورها ويديرها همام العبدالله، مع المعلومات عند استخدام التطبيق.
1. ملخص
- اللعبة فردية ولا تتطلب إنشاء حساب.
- يُحفظ تقدم اللعب والإعدادات محليًا على جهازك.
- تستخدم اللعبة Apple Game Center وApple StoreKit وGoogle AdMob ومنصة Google لإدارة موافقة المستخدمين (UMP).
- يمكنك رفض التتبع، وتبقى اللعبة قابلة للعب بالكامل.
2. المعلومات التي تتم معالجتها
Game Center
إذا كنت مسجلًا في Game Center، ترسل اللعبة إلى Apple معرّف اللاعب والنتائج والأوسمة. تدير Apple حفظ هذه البيانات وعرضها وحذفها.
المشتريات داخل التطبيق
تعالج Apple عمليات الشراء عبر StoreKit. تتحقق اللعبة من حالة المشتريات لتفعيل المزايا، ولا نتلقى بيانات الدفع أو أرقام البطاقات.
البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز
يُحفظ تقدم المراحل والنجوم والعملات والإعدادات وتفضيل اللغة على جهازك فقط عبر SwiftData وUserDefaults. يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذف هذه البيانات المحلية.
الإعلانات والموافقة
قد تعالج Google وشركاؤها عنوان IP لتقدير الموقع العام، ومعرّفات الجهاز، وبيانات الإعلانات والتفاعل معها، ومعلومات الأعطال والأداء. لا يُتاح معرّف الإعلانات IDFA إلا إذا منحت إذن التتبع. تعرض UMP رسائل الموافقة المطلوبة قبل طلب الإعلانات، ويمكن تقديم إعلانات محدودة أو غير مخصصة بحسب اختيارك والقانون المطبق.

3. أغراض المعالجة والأساس القانوني
- تشغيل اللعبة: تقديم الميزات والتحقق من المشتريات وحفظ التقدم، لتنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها.
- الإعلانات والتحليلات المرتبطة بها: بناءً على موافقتك عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك، أو وفق المصالح المشروعة للإعلانات المحدودة.

7. خصوصية الأطفال
تصنيف اللعبة 9+، لكنها ليست موجهة تحديدًا إلى الأطفال دون 13 عامًا. لا نجمع عمدًا معلومات شخصية منهم. إذا اعتقد ولي أمر أن طفلًا أرسل إلينا معلومات، فيرجى التواصل معنا لطلب حذفها.
8. نقل البيانات دوليًا

This policy explains how Gulf War, developed and maintained by Hamam Alabdulla, handles information when you use the app.
1. Summary
- The game is single-player and does not require an account.
- Gameplay progress and settings remain on your device.
- The game uses Apple Game Center, Apple StoreKit, Google AdMob, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- You can decline tracking and still play the complete game.
2. Information processed
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, the game submits your Apple player identifier, scores, and achievements. Apple manages the storage, display, and deletion of this data.
In-app purchases
Apple processes purchases through StoreKit. The game checks purchase status to unlock features; we never receive payment-card details.
On-device data
Level progress, stars, coins, settings, and language preference are stored only on your device with SwiftData and UserDefaults. Deleting the app removes this local data.
Advertising and consent
Google and its partners may process an IP address to estimate general location, device identifiers, advertising and interaction data, and crash or performance information. IDFA is available only if you grant tracking permission. UMP presents required consent messages before ads are requested; limited or non-personalized ads may be served according to your choice and applicable law.

3. Purposes and legal basis
- App functionality: provide features, verify purchases, and save progress to perform the service you request.

Local data remains while the app is installed. Apple and Google retain the data they process under their policies. We use standard safeguards and providers’ encrypted connections, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection. You can decline or change tracking in iOS privacy settings, sign out of Game Center, and delete the app to remove local data. For support or privacy requests, email hamam@gccapps.com.
7. Children
The game is rated 9+ but is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of information a child sent directly.
8. International transfers
Apple and Google may process data outside your country under their respective legal safeguards and transfer policies.
9. Changes and contact
