يشغّل Hamam Alabdulla تطبيق فُرسان لتنسيق رحلات ذاتية التنظيم بين البالغين الذين يملكون خيولاً في دول الخليج الست. يتولى همام الإشراف وطلبات الخصوصية عبر hamam@gccapps.com. لا يشغّل التطبيق الرحلات ولا يضمن سلامة المواقع أو إذن دخولها.

البيانات واستخدامها

نعالج معرّفات حساب Apple وFirebase، واسم العرض، والدولة والمدينة المختارتين والخبرة والإقرار ببلوغ ١٨ عاماً وقبول الإشعار. لا يطلب تسجيل الدخول اسمك أو بريدك من Apple. نعالج بيانات الرحلات والمشاركة والدعوات والتحديثات والبلاغات والحظر والتقييم الذاتي للحضور، ونقاط اللقاء التي يختارها المنظّم، وروابط المجموعات الاختيارية. تعالج هذه البيانات لتشغيل الميزات وتنسيق المشاركة ومنع الإساءة. نسجّل سجل المشتريات وحالة الاشتراك ومعرّف ربط الحساب للتحقق من فُرسان بلس؛ تتولى Apple الدفع ولا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك. تُستخدم سجلات الاستخدام والحضور ونتائج الرحلات لحدود الباقة وقياس تكرار المشاركة وتقييم المنتج. وقد يُحتفظ بنقطة لقاء، بإذن منفصل، لتخطيط اقتراح أماكن لاحقاً. لا توجد اقتراحات أماكن في الإصدار الأول.

إشعار الخصوصية داخل التطبيق

نستخدم حساب Apple واسم العرض والمدينة المختارة والخبرة والمشاركة لتنسيق الرحلات. لا نجمع رقم هاتفك أو جهات اتصالك أو تاريخ ميلادك أو مسار GPS. تظهر نقطة اللقاء الدقيقة للمنظّم والمشاركين المقبولين فقط مع وجود تصريح اتصال صالح. يعالج Firebase بيانات الحساب والرحلات، وتوفّر Apple تسجيل الدخول والخرائط. دردشة هي خدمة المحادثة الاختيارية الموصى بها. واتساب متاح أيضاً؛ وقد يكشف الانضمام إلى مجموعة واتساب رقم هاتفك وملفك لأعضائها. يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب أو المواقع أو الوصول إلى البيانات أو تصحيحها عبر hamam@gccapps.com. تُحذف نقاط اللقاء التشغيلية خلال ٢٤ ساعة من انتهاء الرحلة أو إلغائها، أو عند حذف الحساب إن كان أسبق، ما لم ينطبق إذن منفصل للاحتفاظ بالموقع. يُحتفظ بسجل الرحلات لمدة تصل إلى ٩٠ يوماً.

يمكن للمنظّمين العثور عليك باسم العرض والدولة ما لم توقف هذا الخيار. لا يستطيع من حظرتهم أو أبلغت عنهم دعوتك. يرى المنظّمون عند مراجعة مشاركتك عدد الرحلات المكتملة التي أفدت بحضورها. بعد تأكيد مشاركتك، قد يظهر اسم عرضك في رسائل التأكيد التي تُشارك خارج فُرسان.

يمكن للمنظّم والمشاركين المؤكّدين مشاركة اسم المكان وأسماء عرض المشاركين المؤكّدين في رسالة قابلة لإعادة التوجيه. لا تتضمّن نقطة دقيقة أو إحداثيات أو أرقام هواتف أو رموز رحلات أو روابط. شاركها مع من تثق بهم فقط.

دردشة هو الخيار الموصى به: يتحادث الفرسان دون رؤية أرقام هواتف بعضهم، مع إشعارات بالرسائل الجديدة.

إذن الاحتفاظ بالموقع

أسمح لفُرسان بالاحتفاظ بهذا الموقع دون حد زمني لاقتراح أماكن لركوب الخيل لاحقاً، حتى إذا حذفت حسابي.

اختياري وغير مفعّل مسبقاً. بعد حذف الحساب، تبقى إحداثيات الموقع وحدها، دون معرّف مستخدم أو تفاصيل رحلة أو اسم منظّم أو رابط بحسابك المحذوف. يمكنك إيقاف الإذن لأي موقع من ضوابط الخصوصية ما دام حسابك قائماً. وبعد ذلك، راسل hamam@gccapps.com مع تحديد الموقع لطلب إزالته.

رفض الإذن لا يمنع الاستضافة. الإحداثيات الباقية ليست مضمونة الإخفاء للهوية؛ فقد تدل على موقع خاص.

الإشعارات والتشخيص والدعم

نربط رمز إشعارات Apple بحسابك لإرسال تحديثات الرحلات عند السماح بها. يوفّر App Check مع App Attest حماية للطلبات. يعالج Firebase Crashlytics تقارير الأعطال وحالة الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ومعرّف تثبيت للتشخيص؛ ولا نضيف أسماء أو معرّفات حسابات أو نقاط لقاء أو نصوص المستخدمين إلى تقارير الأعطال. تجمع حزم Firebase بيانات تقنية عن إصدار التطبيق والنظام وجودة الحزم، وقد تسجّل البنية التحتية عنوان IP وبيانات الطلب. نعالج ما ترسله طوعاً إلى بريد الدعم، بما فيه بريدك ومضمون طلبك. لا توجد إعلانات أو تتبّع عبر تطبيقات الشركات أو مواقعها، ولا نستخدم Google Analytics أو معرّف الإعلانات.

المعالجون والتخزين والنقل الدولي

نستخدم Google/Firebase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات ووظائف الخادم وحماية الطلبات وتشخيص الأعطال، وGoogle Cloud Logging للسجلات. تقع قاعدة Firestore ووظائف الخادم في منطقة الدوحة me-central1 في قطر. هذا لا يعني بقاء كل البيانات في قطر: قد تُعالج المصادقة وCrashlytics والسجلات وبيانات المزوّد والدعم خارج بلدك وفق بنية Google ومزوّدي الخدمات. توفّر Apple تسجيل الدخول والدفع والخرائط والإشعارات، وقد تعالج البيانات دولياً. يعالج Slack تنبيهات تشغيلية منزوعة المحتوى الشخصي؛ لا نرسل إليه أسماء الركّاب أو النقاط الدقيقة. يستضيف GitHub هذه الصفحة وقد يسجّل بيانات الاتصال التقنية. دردشة وواتساب خدمتان خارجيتان اختياريتان تحكمهما سياساتهما؛ لا يستورد فُرسان محتوى المحادثات. قد تُنقل البيانات خارج دول الخليج، ولا تعني هذه السياسة إثبات استيفاء متطلبات النقل في الدول الست.

الأساس والأغراض

تُعالج البيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة التي تطلبها وحماية الحسابات والتعامل مع البلاغات والالتزامات القانونية المنطبقة. يعتمد الاحتفاظ الاختياري بالمواقع على إذنك المنفصل القابل للسحب. لا يجعل قبول الإشعار كل معالجة مباحة قانوناً؛ تختلف الأسس والحقوق بحسب البلد. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

يبقى الحساب حتى تطلب حذفه؛ لا نحذفه لمجرد عدم النشاط. يُحتفظ بسجل الرحلات والمشاركة والنتائج حتى ٩٠ يوماً بعد الانتهاء أو الإلغاء. تُحجب النقاط والتعليمات وروابط المجموعات عند انتهاء التصريح، وتُحذف البيانات التشغيلية خلال ٢٤ ساعة، ما لم ينطبق إذن الموقع المنفصل. تبقى سجلات الاستخدام ٩٠ يوماً، ونتائج العمليات حتى نهاية دورة العملية مع ٣٠ يوماً إضافياً وبحد أقصى ١٨٠ يوماً. تبقى حالة الاستحقاق ما دامت لازمة للاشتراك، ويُحذف ربط المستخدم عند حذف الحساب. تُراجع البلاغات المفتوحة أسبوعياً وتُحذف المغلقة بعد مدة لا تتجاوز ٩٠ يوماً، مع مراعاة الالتزامات القانونية المحددة. تنتهي الصادرات خلال ٢٤ ساعة ومراجع الحقوق المكتملة خلال ٣٠ يوماً. السجلات التشغيلية المنقّحة ١٤ يوماً، وCrashlytics لمدة ٩٠ يوماً، وسجلات تدقيق Google الإلزامية ٤٠٠ يوم. لا يحتفظ فُرسان بنسخ احتياطية. تنتهي نسخ Google الداخلية وفق جدول المزوّد، وقد تستغرق سجلات تسجيل الدخول حتى ١٨٠ يوماً بعد الحذف. لذلك لا نعد بمحو فوري لكل نسخ المزوّد أو الرسائل المعاد توجيهها. نحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة الطلب والالتزامات المنطبقة.

الأمان وحقوقك

نستخدم تشفير النقل وحماية المزوّد للبيانات المخزنة وضوابط وصول بحسب الدور؛ ولا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق. يمكنك تعديل ملفك وإيقاف العثور عليك وسحب إذن المواقع من التطبيق. يمكنك تصدير بياناتك وحذف الحساب من إعدادات الحساب مع إعادة مصادقة Apple. لطلبات الوصول والتصحيح والحذف والاعتراض أو سحب الإذن بعد حذف الحساب، راسل hamam@gccapps.com؛ ولحذف موقع باقٍ حدّد موقعه. نتعامل مع الطلبات وفق القانون المنطبق وقد نحتاج للتحقق من هويتك. حذف الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك Apple؛ أدره أو ألغِه من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple.

الأطفال والتغييرات والتواصل

فُرسان للبالغين بعمر ١٨ عاماً فأكثر. نطلب إقراراً ذاتياً بالعمر ولا نجمع تاريخ الميلاد أو وثيقة هوية. أبلغنا عن حساب مشتبه بأنه لقاصر. ننشر التعديلات هنا ونعرض إشعاراً جديداً عند تغيّر الممارسات بما يستلزم ذلك. آخر تحديث: ٢٢ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦. التواصل: hamam@gccapps.com. هذه السياسة وصف للممارسات وليست استشارة قانونية.

Horsemen — Privacy Policy

Who we are

Horsemen is operated by Hamam Alabdulla to help adult horse owners coordinate self-organized rides across the six GCC countries. Hamam handles moderation and privacy requests at hamam@gccapps.com. Horsemen does not operate rides or guarantee site safety or land access.

Data and its use

We process Apple/Firebase account identifiers, display name, selected country and city, experience, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and notice acceptance. Sign-in does not request your name or email from Apple. We process rides, participation, invitations, host updates, reports, blocks, self-reported attendance, host-selected meeting points, and optional group links to provide features, coordinate participation and prevent abuse. Purchase history, subscription status and an account-linking identifier verify Horsemen Plus; Apple handles payment and we do not receive card details. Usage, attendance and ride outcomes support allowances, repeat-participation measurement and product evaluation. A meeting point may be retained with separate permission to plan future riding-place recommendations. There are no place recommendations in v1.

In-app privacy notice

We use your Apple account, display name, selected city, experience and ride participation to coordinate rides. We do not collect your phone number, contacts, date of birth or GPS trail. The exact meeting point is visible only to the host and accepted riders while authorized online. Firebase processes account and ride data; Apple provides sign-in and Maps. Dardashah is the recommended optional chat service. WhatsApp is also available; joining a WhatsApp group may expose your phone number and profile to its members. Account and location deletion, access and correction requests are available through hamam@gccapps.com. Operational points are removed within 24 hours after a ride ends or is cancelled, or earlier on account deletion, unless separate spot permission applies. Ride history is kept up to 90 days.

Hosts can find you by display name and country unless you turn this off. Hosts you blocked or reported cannot invite you. Hosts reviewing your participation see your self-reported completed rides. Once confirmed, your display name can be included in confirmation messages shared outside Horsemen.

The host and confirmed riders can share the place name and confirmed riders’ display names as a forwardable message. It includes no exact pin, coordinates, phone numbers, ride codes or links. Share only with people you trust.

Dardashah is recommended: riders chat without seeing each other’s phone numbers, with notifications for new messages.

Permission to retain a spot

Horsemen may keep this spot without a time limit to recommend riding places later, even if you delete your account.

Optional and off by default. After account deletion, only the location stays: no user ID, ride details, host name or link to your deleted account. Switch permission off for any spot in Privacy controls while you have an account. Afterwards, email hamam@gccapps.com with the location to have it removed.

Refusing permission does not prevent hosting. Remaining coordinates are not guaranteed to be anonymous; they may identify a private location.

Notifications, diagnostics and support

We associate an Apple push token with your account to send ride updates when enabled. App Check with App Attest protects requests. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports, device/OS state and an installation identifier for diagnostics; we do not attach names, account IDs, meeting points or user-written text to crashes. Firebase libraries collect technical app/OS version and SDK-quality data; infrastructure may log IP addresses and request metadata. We process information voluntarily sent to support, including your email and request content. There are no ads or cross-company app/site tracking; we do not use Google Analytics or an advertising identifier.

Processors, storage and international transfers

Google/Firebase provides authentication, database, server functions, request protection and crash diagnostics, with Google Cloud Logging for logs. Firestore and server functions are located in Doha, Qatar (me-central1). This does not keep all data in Qatar: authentication, Crashlytics, logs, provider metadata and support may be processed outside your country through Google and other providers. Apple provides sign-in, payments, Maps and push notifications and may process data internationally. Slack processes sanitized operational alerts; we do not send rider names or precise points to it. GitHub hosts this page and may log technical connection data. Dardashah and WhatsApp are optional external services governed by their own policies; Horsemen does not import chat content. Data may move outside the GCC; this notice is not a certification of compliance with all six countries’ transfer requirements.

Basis and purposes

Necessary data is processed to provide the service you request, secure accounts, handle reports and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional spot retention relies on separate, withdrawable permission. Accepting a notice does not by itself make every processing activity lawful; applicable bases and rights vary by country. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Accounts remain until you request deletion; there is no inactivity deletion. Ride, participation and outcome history is retained for up to 90 days after completion/cancellation. Points, instructions and group links become inaccessible when authorization ends; operational data is removed within 24 hours unless separate spot permission applies. Usage records last 90 days; operation results last through the operation lifecycle plus 30 days, capped at 180 days. Entitlements remain as needed for subscriptions, and user mappings are removed on account deletion. Open reports are reviewed weekly; closed reports remain up to 90 days, subject to specific applicable legal duties. Exports expire within 24 hours and completed rights references within 30 days. Sanitized operational logs last 14 days, Crashlytics 90 days and mandatory Google audit logs 400 days. Horsemen keeps no backups. Google internal copies expire on the provider’s schedule; sign-in records may take up to 180 days after deletion. We therefore do not promise instant erasure of all provider copies or forwarded messages. Support correspondence is retained as necessary to handle the request and applicable obligations.

Security and your rights

We use encryption in transit, provider protections for stored data and role-based access; no system offers absolute security. You can edit your profile, disable findability and withdraw spot permission in the app. Account settings provide export and deletion with fresh Apple authentication. For access, correction, erasure, objection or withdrawal after deletion, email hamam@gccapps.com; identify the location to remove a remaining spot. We handle requests under applicable law and may verify your identity. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it in Apple subscription settings.

Children, changes and contact

Horsemen is for adults aged 18 and older. We ask for self-declaration, not a date of birth or identity document. Please report suspected underage accounts.
