توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق «أسماء الله الحسنى» مع المعلومات. صُمّم التطبيق ليعمل بلا حساب أو إعلانات أو اتصال بالإنترنت.

الخلاصة: لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات شخصية، ولا يرسل بيانات إلى المطوّر أو إلى أطراف ثالثة، ولا يستخدم بياناتك للتتبّع أو الإعلان.
من نحن
يقدّم همام العبدالله تطبيق «أسماء الله الحسنى» (HUSNA). تنطبق هذه السياسة على التطبيق المنشور بالمعرّف com.hamam.HUSNA.
المعلومات التي يجمعها التطبيق ولماذا
لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية أو بيانات استخدام أو بيانات تشخيص، ولا ينقل أي معلومات خارج جهازك.
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط:
- لغة التطبيق التي تختارها.
- إتمام شاشة الترحيب.
- معرّفات الأسماء التي تضيفها إلى المفضلة.
تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لتقديم وظائف التطبيق، ولا يستطيع المطوّر الوصول إليها.
الأساس القانوني
لا يعالج المطوّر بيانات شخصية من خلال التطبيق. تتم معالجة التفضيلات المحلية على جهازك بناءً على طلبك لتشغيل الميزات التي تختارها.
المشاركة وخدمات الطرف الثالث
لا يتضمن التطبيق أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو خدمات Firebase أو أدوات تتبّع. عند اختيار «مشاركة»، يعرض نظام iOS قائمة المشاركة؛ وأنت تختار الوجهة، ولا يتلقى التطبيق أو المطوّر معلومات عن اختيارك.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تبقى التفضيلات والمفضلة على جهازك حتى تغيّرها أو تحذف التطبيق. لا يحتفظ المطوّر بنسخة منها. وإذا راسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني، نستخدم عنوانك ومحتوى رسالتك للرد على طلب الدعم ونحتفظ بهما فقط بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة الطلب والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية.
الأمان
يقلّل تصميم التطبيق الذي يعمل بلا اتصال من مخاطر نقل البيانات. وتخضع البيانات المحلية لوسائل الحماية التي يوفرها نظام iOS وجهازك.
حقوقك
يمكنك إزالة المفضلة من داخل التطبيق أو حذف جميع بيانات التطبيق المحلية بحذف التطبيق. وللاستفسار عن مراسلات الدعم أو طلب حذفها، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للجمهور العام، وليس مسجّلًا ضمن فئة الأطفال في App Store. ولا يجمع التطبيق بيانات من الأطفال أو من غيرهم.
النقل الدولي
لا ينقل التطبيق بيانات خارج جهازك. وإذا تواصلت معنا بالبريد الإلكتروني، فقد يعالج مزوّد البريد رسالتك في دول أخرى وفق سياسته الخاصة.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير وظائف التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا مع تحديث التاريخ.
تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين دولة قطر. وهذه الصفحة معلومات عامة وليست استشارة قانونية.

Who We Are
Hamam Alabdulla provides the HUSNA app. This policy applies to the app published with bundle identifier com.hamam.HUSNA.
Information the App Collects and Why
HUSNA does not collect personal, usage, or diagnostic data and does not transmit information off your device.
The app stores only these preferences locally on your device:
- Your selected app language.
- Whether onboarding has been completed.
- The identifiers of names you add to Favorites.
These preferences provide app functionality and are not accessible to the developer.
Legal Basis
The developer does not process personal data through the app. Local preferences are processed on your device at your request to provide the features you choose to use.
Sharing and Third-Party Services
HUSNA contains no analytics, advertising, Firebase, or tracking services. When you choose Share, iOS presents the system share sheet. You select the destination, and neither HUSNA nor the developer receives information about your choice.
Data Retention
Preferences and Favorites remain on your device until you change them or delete the app. The developer keeps no copy. If you email us, we use your address and message to respond to the support request and retain them only as needed to resolve it and meet legal obligations.
Security
HUSNA’s offline design reduces data-transmission risks. Local information is protected by the safeguards provided by iOS and your device.
Your Rights
You can remove Favorites in the app or erase all local app data by deleting the app. To ask about or request deletion of support correspondence, contact us by email below.
Children
HUSNA is intended for a general audience and is not enrolled in the App Store Kids category. The app does not collect data from children or anyone else.
International Transfers
HUSNA does not transfer data off your device. If you contact us by email, your email provider may process the message in other countries under its own policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. The updated version and date will be posted here.
