LipShot has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, no third-party SDKs, and no servers of its own. The app never connects to the internet to process anything you create. Your face, your lips, and your stickers never leave your device unless you choose to share them.
LipShot uses your front camera for exactly one purpose: creating your kiss sticker. Lip detection runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Camera frames are processed in memory and discarded — nothing is recorded, and the only image ever written is the sticker you decide to keep.
Collection: LipShot uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to detect the outline of your lips in the live camera preview, so it can time the capture and place your sticker. This facial landmark data exists only momentarily in your device's memory while the camera is open. It is never written to disk, never transmitted anywhere, and is not used to identify you. No faceprint, face map, or biometric template is ever created.
Use: the landmark data is used for exactly three on-device things: detecting a pucker to trigger auto-capture, positioning the live color preview on your lips, and cropping the lip area of the photo when you choose the "Natural" style.
Retention and deletion: each camera frame's landmark data is discarded as soon as the next frame arrives, and all of it is gone the moment you leave the camera. Retention is zero. If you choose the "Natural" style, the sticker you decide to save contains a photograph of your own lips; that image is an ordinary picture stored only on your device (see "Your stickers") and is deleted when you delete the kiss or delete the app.
Sharing and storage: face data is never shared with anyone. There are no third parties, no analytics, no servers, and no network connections in LipShot, so face data cannot leave your device. Nothing is stored except the sticker images you explicitly choose to save, and those are stored only on your device.
Saved kisses are stored locally on your device, in a private container shared only with LipShot's own iMessage sticker extension and home-screen widget so they can display your stickers. They are included in your device's standard iCloud or computer backup like any other app data, under Apple's backup encryption. Deleting a kiss in the app deletes its file; deleting the app deletes everything.
If you save a sticker, GIF, story card, or wallpaper to your photo library, LipShot uses Apple's add-only permission — it can place new images into your library but can never read, browse, or access your existing photos.
The optional "Pro Styles" purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. LipShot never sees your payment details, and your purchase entitlement is verified on-device through Apple's StoreKit — no receipt or purchase information is ever sent to us.
The "Make a Kiss" Siri shortcut, Control Center button, and Kiss of the Day widget all run on-device through Apple's frameworks. They open the app or read your locally saved stickers — nothing more.
LipShot is not directed at children under 13. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.
If a future version of LipShot ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated here before that version ships, with a new effective date.

الجمع: يستخدم تطبيق ابتسامة إطار عمل Vision من Apple على الجهاز للتعرف على حدود شفتيك في معاينة الكاميرا المباشرة، وذلك لتوقيت الالتقاط ووضع ملصقك. توجد بيانات معالم الوجه هذه للحظات فقط في ذاكرة جهازك أثناء فتح الكاميرا. لا تُكتب أبدًا على القرص، ولا تُرسَل إلى أي مكان، ولا تُستخدم للتعرف على هويتك. ولا يُنشأ أبدًا أي بصمة وجه أو خريطة وجه أو قالب بيومتري.
الاستخدام: تُستخدم بيانات المعالم لثلاثة أغراض على الجهاز فقط: اكتشاف زمّة الشفاه لتفعيل الالتقاط التلقائي، ووضع معاينة اللون المباشرة على شفتيك، وقصّ منطقة الشفاه من الصورة عند اختيار أسلوب «طبيعي».
الاحتفاظ والحذف: تُهمَل بيانات معالم كل لقطة كاميرا فور وصول اللقطة التالية، وتختفي كلها لحظة مغادرتك للكاميرا. مدة الاحتفاظ صفر. وإذا اخترت أسلوب «طبيعي»، فإن الملصق الذي تقرر حفظه يتضمن صورة لشفتيك؛ وهذه صورة عادية تُخزَّن على جهازك فقط (انظر «ملصقاتك») وتُحذف عند حذف القبلة أو حذف التطبيق.
المشاركة والتخزين: لا تُشارَك بيانات الوجه مع أي جهة أبدًا. لا توجد أطراف خارجية ولا تحليلات ولا خوادم ولا اتصالات شبكية في تطبيق ابتسامة، لذا لا يمكن لبيانات الوجه مغادرة جهازك. لا يُخزَّن أي شيء سوى صور الملصقات التي تختار حفظها صراحةً، وتُخزَّن على جهازك فقط.
تُخزَّن القبلات المحفوظة محليًا على جهازك، في حاوية خاصة تُشارَك فقط مع ملحق ملصقات iMessage وأداة الشاشة الرئيسية التابعين لتطبيق ابتسامة نفسه لعرض ملصقاتك. وهي تُضمَّن في النسخة الاحتياطية المعتادة لجهازك على iCloud أو الكمبيوتر شأنها شأن بيانات أي تطبيق آخر، وفق تشفير النسخ الاحتياطي من Apple. حذف قبلة من التطبيق يحذف ملفها، وحذف التطبيق يحذف كل شيء.
إذا حفظت ملصقًا أو صورة GIF أو بطاقة قصة أو خلفية في مكتبة الصور، يستخدم تطبيق ابتسامة إذن الإضافة فقط من Apple — يمكنه إضافة صور جديدة إلى مكتبتك لكنه لا يستطيع أبدًا قراءة صورك الحالية أو تصفحها أو الوصول إليها.
تتم معالجة عملية شراء «الأساليب المميزة» الاختيارية بالكامل عبر Apple من خلال App Store. لا يطّلع تطبيق ابتسامة أبدًا على تفاصيل الدفع الخاصة بك، ويتم التحقق من الشراء على الجهاز عبر StoreKit من Apple — لا يُرسَل إلينا أي إيصال أو معلومات شراء على الإطلاق.
يعمل اختصار «اصنع قبلة» في Siri وزر مركز التحكم وأداة «قبلة اليوم» كلها على جهازك من خلال أطر عمل Apple. وهي تفتح التطبيق أو تقرأ ملصقاتك المحفوظة محليًا — لا أكثر.
تطبيق ابتسامة غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا. ولأن التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات من أي شخص، فهو لا يجمع بيانات من الأطفال أيضًا.
إذا غيّر أي إصدار مستقبلي من تطبيق ابتسامة طريقة التعامل مع البيانات، فسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة هنا قبل صدور ذلك الإصدار، مع تاريخ سريان جديد.
