يسجّل «ادويتي» الأدوية والجداول واستجابات الجرعات والملفات وقراءات ضغط الدم وسكر الدم التي تدخلها. لا يقدّم التطبيق استشارة طبية، ولا يوصي بجرعات، ولا يفسّر القراءات.
تُحفظ سجلاتك على جهازك. عند توفر iCloud، يستخدم التطبيق قاعدة CloudKit الخاصة بك لمزامنة السجلات بين أجهزتك المسجّلة بحساب Apple نفسه، ضمن مساحة iCloud الخاصة بك. لا يشغّل المطوّر خادمًا للسجلات الطبية ولا يتلقّى سجلاتك عبر خدمات التحليلات أو الإعلانات. لا يتضمن التطبيق إعلانات أو أدوات تتبّع أو حزم تحليلات.
تُستخدم الكاميرا عندما تختار تصوير دواء أو مسح ملصقه. يجري التعرّف على النص على جهازك، وتؤكّد النتيجة قبل حفظها. تُصغّر الصور التي تلتقطها أو تختارها وتُحفظ مع الدواء، وقد تتزامن معه عبر قاعدة iCloud الخاصة بك. لا تُرسل الصور إلى خدمة للتعرّف على النص.
تذكّرك الإشعارات والمنبّهات البارزة الاختيارية بمواعيدك المحفوظة. تتطلب منبّهات AlarmKit إذنًا منفصلًا. قد تظهر تفاصيل التذكيرات على واجهات النظام وفق إعدادات جهازك. يسجّل إجراءا «تم التناول» و«تخطّي» استجابتك في سجل الجرعات. تؤجّل الغفوة التذكير وتُحفظ محليًا ليستمر التأجيل بعد إعادة فتح التطبيق؛ وليست سجلًا لتناول الجرعة أو تخطّيها. تُحفظ اللغة والمظهر وإعدادات التذكيرات والغفوات المحلية في تفضيلات التطبيق.
عند حذف دواء، يختفي من القوائم المعتادة ومن تخطيط التذكيرات المقبلة. هذا حذف منطقي: تبقى بيانات الدواء وجداوله وصوره وسجل جرعاته محفوظة، وقد تتزامن هذه الحالة عبر iCloud. تحتفظ الأرشفة بالسجلات أيضًا. لا يوفّر التطبيق حاليًا شاشة لتصفّح السجلات المحذوفة أو أمرًا لمسح جميع البيانات. يزيل حذف التطبيق حاويته المحلية، لكنه لا يضمن إزالة البيانات المتبقية في iCloud أو النسخ الاحتياطية؛ تُدار إزالة بيانات iCloud والنسخ الاحتياطية عبر أدوات Apple.
لا تُشارك البيانات ولا تُصدَّر التقارير إلا عندما تختار ذلك. تعكس التقارير الاستجابات المحفوظة والجداول الحالية، ولا تعيد بناء جميع تغييرات الجداول السابقة. تختار المستلمين في ورقة المشاركة الخاصة بالنظام. تقع معالجة المستلم للبيانات بعد مشاركتها خارج سيطرة التطبيق.
تعالج Apple اشتراكات «ادويتي بلس» الاختيارية. يستخدم التطبيق StoreKit للتحقق من الاستحقاق على الجهاز، ولا يتلقّى المطوّر تفاصيل بطاقتك المصرفية. لا تظهر التجربة المجانية إلا عندما تؤكّد Apple أهليتك للعرض، وتعرض ورقة الشراء الشروط المطبّقة. تبقى تذكيرات الأدوية الأساسية وتسجيل ضغط الدم وسكر الدم مجانية.
يطوّر التطبيق Hamam Alabdulla. يمكنك عرض سجلاتك وتعديلها ومشاركة ما تختاره داخل التطبيق. يعالج التطبيق ما تدخله لتقديم وظائفه التي تختار استخدامها؛ ولا يتلقّى المطوّر سجلاتك الطبية. تخضع خدمات Apple ومواقع تخزينها لسياسة خصوصية Apple. لا نَعِد بموقع تخزين محدّد لبيانات iCloud.
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال. إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، سنحدّث تاريخ السريان ونذكر التغييرات التي تمسّ معالجة البيانات في ملاحظات الإصدار.

MyMeds records the medicines, schedules, dose responses, profiles, blood pressure and blood glucose readings you enter. It does not provide medical advice, recommend doses or interpret your readings.
Your records are stored on your device. When iCloud is available, the app uses your private CloudKit database to sync records between your devices signed in to the same Apple Account. This uses your own iCloud storage. The developer does not operate a medical-record server and does not receive your records through analytics or advertising services. There are no ads, tracking SDKs or analytics SDKs in the app.
The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a medicine or scan its label. Text recognition runs on your device, and you confirm the result before saving it. Photos you select or take are reduced in size and stored with the medicine; they can sync with that record through your private iCloud database. The app does not upload photos to a recognition service.
Notifications and, if enabled, prominent system alarms remind you about your saved schedules. AlarmKit requires separate permission for prominent alarms. Reminder details can appear on system surfaces according to your device settings. Take and Skip responses save dose history. Snooze delays a reminder and is stored locally so the delay survives relaunch; it is not a taken/skipped history entry. Language, appearance, reminder settings and local snoozes are stored in app preferences.
Deleting a medicine removes it from ordinary app lists and future reminder planning. This is a soft deletion: the medicine, its schedules, photos and dose history remain stored, and this retained state can sync through iCloud. Archiving also preserves records. The app does not currently offer a deleted-record browser or a complete erase-all-data control. Deleting the app removes its local container, but does not promise to erase records retained in iCloud or device backups; iCloud storage and backup removal are managed through Apple's controls.
Sharing or exporting a report happens only when you choose it. Reports reflect stored responses and current schedules; they are not a reconstruction of every historical schedule change. You choose the recipients in the system share sheet. Once shared, the recipient's handling is outside this app's control.
Optional MyMeds Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple. The app uses StoreKit to verify entitlement on the device. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Trials are shown only when Apple reports an eligible offer; the purchase sheet provides the applicable terms. Core medicine reminders and blood pressure/glucose recording remain free.
Hamam Alabdulla develops MyMeds. You can view and edit records and share what you choose inside the app. The app processes your entries to provide the functions you choose to use; the developer does not receive your medical records. Apple services and their storage locations are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We do not promise a particular storage location for iCloud data.
The app is not directed at children. If this policy changes, we will update its effective date and describe changes affecting data handling in the release notes.
