نَباهة لا يجمع أي بيانات على الإطلاق. اللعب يعمل بالكامل دون اتصال بالإنترنت، ولا يوجد حساب ولا تسجيل دخول، وكل شيء — نتائجك وسلسلة أيامك ونقاط نَباهة وتفضيلاتك — يبقى على هاتفك وحده ولا يغادره. لا تحليلات، ولا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع من أي نوع، ولا خادم لدينا أصلًا. استثناءان فقط، وكلاهما باختيارك وحدك وكلاهما لدى Apple لا لدينا: إن سجّلت الدخول في Game Center أُرسلت نتيجتك وإنجازاتك إلى Apple وفق سياستها؛ وإن اشتريت اشتراك نباهة بلس الاختياري تمت عملية الشراء بالكامل لدى Apple وفق سياستها — لا نطّلع نحن على أي بيانات دفع ولا على سجل مشترياتك.

نَباهة تطبيق ترفيهي لتمرين الذهن، وليس أداة طبية أو تشخيصية، ولا يقدّم أي تقييم صحي.

ما لا نجمعه إطلاقًا: لا اسم ولا بريدًا إلكترونيًا ولا رقم هاتف، ولا موقعًا جغرافيًا، ولا جهات اتصال، ولا صورًا، ولا بيانات صحية أو مالية، ولا محتوى يكتبه المستخدم — ولا حتى إحصاءات استخدام أو تقارير أعطال مجهولة الهوية. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي حزمة برمجية من طرف ثالث، ولا يتصل بأي خادم لنا — إذ لا خادم لدينا.
لا توجد إعلانات في نَباهة، ولا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات (IDFA)، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء بيانات. ولهذا لا يعرض التطبيق طلب «السماح بالتتبّع» (App Tracking Transparency).
يصدر التطبيق من دولة قطر ويلتزم بقانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية رقم (13) لسنة 2016. ولأننا لا نجمع أي بيانات ولا نعالج شيئًا على أي خادم، فليست لدينا أصلًا معالجة تستلزم أساسًا قانونيًا. وحيثما تنطبق قوانين أخرى — كاللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) بالنسبة للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي — فالأمر ينحصر في:

لك حق الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وتصديرها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها. ولأننا لا نحتفظ بأي شيء لديك عندنا، تُمارَس هذه الحقوق كلها على جهازك مباشرة:

نَباهة غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، وليس مُدرجًا ضمن فئة «الأطفال» في متجر التطبيقات. ولا نجمع بيانات شخصية من أي مستخدم — صغيرًا كان أو كبيرًا — ولا يوفّر التطبيق أصلًا أي وسيلة لإدخال بيانات شخصية. وإن كنت وليّ أمر ولديك أي استفسار، فراسلنا وسنستجيب فورًا.
بياناتك لا تغادر جهازك، فلا يوجد أي نقل دولي للبيانات من طرفنا. أما Game Center — إن اخترت استخدامه — فتشغّله Apple على خوادمها وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة كلما تغيّر التطبيق. وسننشر النسخة المحدَّثة على هذه الصفحة ونُعدّل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها. وإن كان التغيير جوهريًا — كجمع نوع جديد من البيانات — فسننبّه إليه داخل التطبيق كذلك.

Nabaha collects no data at all. Gameplay is fully offline, there is no account and no sign-in, and everything — your results, your streak, your Nabaha Score, your settings — stays on your phone and never leaves it. No analytics, no ads, no tracking of any kind, and no server of ours anywhere. Two exceptions only, both entirely your choice and both handled by Apple rather than us: if you sign in to Game Center, your score and achievements go to Apple under Apple's policy; and if you buy the optional Nabaha Plus subscription, the purchase runs entirely through Apple under Apple's policy — we never see your payment details or purchase history.
Nabaha is a brain-training game for entertainment and mental exercise — attention, memory, and mental speed. It is developed and published by Hamam Alabdulla, an independent developer based in Doha, Qatar. This page explains what information the app handles, why, and where it goes — if it goes anywhere at all.
Nabaha is an entertainment app for mental exercise. It is not a medical or diagnostic tool and provides no health assessment of any kind.

What we never collect: no name, email address, or phone number; no location; no contacts; no photos; no health or financial data; no user-written content — and not even anonymous usage statistics or crash reports. The app contains no third-party SDK of any kind and connects to no server of ours, because we have none.
Nabaha contains no advertising, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and never sells or shares your data with data brokers. That is why the app never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
The app is published from Qatar and follows Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law No. 13 of 2016. Because we collect no data and process nothing on any server, there is no processing by us that needs a legal basis in the first place. Nabaha contains no analytics or crash-reporting tools, no ad SDK, no social sign-in, no in-app purchases, and no database of ours of any kind.
You have the right to access, correct, export, delete, and object to the processing of your data. Because we hold nothing of yours, every one of those rights is exercised directly on your device:

Nabaha is not directed at children under 13 and is not listed in the App Store's Kids category. We collect no personal data from any user, child or adult, and the app provides no way to enter personal data in the first place. If you are a parent or guardian with a question, contact us and we will respond promptly.
Your data does not leave your device, so there are no international transfers by us. Game Center, if you choose to use it, is operated by Apple on Apple's servers under Apple's own privacy policy.
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant — for example collecting a new type of data — we will also flag it inside the app.
