سياسة خصوصية تطبيق النمط 7
تسري هذه السياسة على تطبيق النمط 7 («التطبيق») وصفحة سياسة الخصوصية هذه.
١. من نحن
همام العبدالله هو مطوّر تطبيق النمط 7 والمسؤول عن ممارسات الخصوصية الموضّحة في هذه السياسة. التطبيق تعليمي عام يشرح أنماط الرقم سبعة، ولا يتطلب إنشاء حساب.
٢. المعلومات التي تُعالَج ولماذا
لا نجمع الاسم أو البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف داخل التطبيق، ولا نستخدم Firebase أو خادمًا خلفيًا أو أدوات تحليلات مستقلة. تُعالَج الفئات الآتية بحسب الميزة المستخدمة:

لا يمنح التطبيق Google الإذن باستخدام معرّف الإعلانات من Apple (IDFA) للتتبع إلا إذا سمحت بذلك عبر مطالبة شفافية تتبع التطبيقات. رفض التتبع لا يمنعك من استخدام المحتوى التعليمي.
٣. الأساس القانوني
نعالج المعلومات عند الحاجة لتقديم وظائف التطبيق والمشتريات المطلوبة، ولأغراض مشروعة مثل الأمان ومنع الاحتيال والرد على الدعم، وللوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. نعتمد على موافقتك عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك، بما في ذلك تخصيص الإعلانات أو التتبع. تخضع ممارساتنا لقانون دولة قطر رقم (١٣) لسنة ٢٠١٦ بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية، إضافة إلى القوانين السارية بحسب موقعك.
٤. خدمات الطرف الثالث
تخضع معالجة هذه الجهات لسياساتها وشروطها، وقد تستعين بمزوّدي خدمة أو شركاء إعلانيين وفقًا لإعدادات الموافقة والقوانين السارية.
٥. خياراتك وحقوقك
- يمكنك قبول التتبع أو رفضه من مطالبة Apple، وتغيير الإذن لاحقًا من إعدادات iOS.
- عندما تقتضي اللوائح ذلك، يظهر خيار «خيارات الخصوصية» داخل إعدادات التطبيق لتعديل موافقتك الإعلانية.
- يمكنك حذف بيانات التعلّم المحلية بحذف التطبيق من جهازك. ويمكنك استعادة مشترياتك من شاشة المشتريات.
- يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها، وسحب موافقتك حيث تنطبق هذه الحقوق، بمراسلتنا.
- يمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصة في دولة قطر أو الجهة المختصة في بلد إقامتك.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ
تبقى بيانات التعلّم والإعدادات على جهازك إلى أن تحذف التطبيق أو بياناته. تحتفظ Apple بسجلات المعاملات وفق شروطها والتزاماتها القانونية. وتحتفظ Google وGitHub بالبيانات التي تعالجها وفق سياساتهما وخيارات موافقتك والمتطلبات القانونية. نحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم بقدر الحاجة لمعالجة الطلب، ثم نحذفها أو نحتفظ بها إذا أوجب القانون ذلك.
٧. الأمان
نحد من البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق ونحفظ بيانات التعلّم محليًا. تستخدم اتصالات خدمات الطرف الثالث وسائل نقل مشفّرة حديثة. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكتروني تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.
٨. الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه إلى جمهور عام، وليس مخصصًا للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا ولا يشارك في فئة الأطفال في App Store. لا نطلب من الأطفال تقديم بيانات شخصية لنا. إذا اعتقد ولي أمر أن طفلًا أرسل معلومات عبر الدعم، فيمكنه التواصل معنا لطلب حذفها.
٩. النقل الدولي
قد تعالج Google وApple وGitHub ومزوّدوها البيانات في دول خارج دولة قطر أو بلد إقامتك. يتم هذا النقل وفق آليات الحماية والالتزامات الموضّحة في سياسات تلك الجهات وبما تسمح به القوانين السارية.
١٠. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو الجهات المعالجة أو المتطلبات القانونية. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. تسري التغييرات الجوهرية من تاريخ نشرها ما لم يتطلب القانون إشعارًا أو موافقة إضافية.
هذه السياسة معلومات عامة وليست استشارة قانونية. يُنصح بالحصول على مراجعة قانونية مستقلة إذا كانت لديك متطلبات تنظيمية خاصة.
Pattern7 Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Pattern7 app (the “App”) and this privacy-policy page.

1. Who We Are
Hamam Alabdulla is the developer of Pattern7 and is responsible for the privacy practices described in this policy. Pattern7 is a general-audience educational app about patterns involving the number seven. It does not require an account.
2. Information Processed and Why
We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number inside the App, and we do not use Firebase, a developer backend, or separate analytics tools. The following categories are processed depending on the feature you use:

The App does not authorize Google to use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking unless you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Refusing tracking does not prevent access to the educational content.
3. Legal Bases
We process information as needed to provide App functionality and requested purchases, for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and support, and to comply with legal obligations. We rely on consent when required by law, including for personalized advertising or tracking. Our practices are governed by Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy and other applicable laws based on your location.
4. Third-Party Services
These providers process information under their own policies and terms and may use service providers or advertising partners, subject to consent settings and applicable law.
5. Your Choices and Rights
- You can allow or deny tracking through Apple’s prompt and change that permission later in iOS Settings.
- Where regulations require it, “Privacy Choices” appears in the App’s Settings so you can change advertising consent.
- You can remove local learning data by deleting the App and can restore eligible purchases from the purchase screen.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply by emailing us.
- You may complain to the competent data-protection authority in Qatar or your country of residence.
6. Retention
Learning data and settings remain on your device until you remove the App or its data. Apple retains transaction records under its terms and legal obligations. Google and GitHub retain data they process according to their policies, your consent choices, and legal requirements. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request, unless the law requires longer retention.
7. Security
We minimize the data processed by the App and keep learning data local. Connections to third-party services use modern encrypted transport. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13 and is not enrolled in the App Store Kids Category. We do not ask children to provide personal information to us. A parent who believes a child sent information through support may contact us to request deletion.
9. International Transfers
Google, Apple, GitHub, and their providers may process information in countries outside Qatar or your country of residence. Transfers are handled under the safeguards and commitments described in those providers’ policies and as permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when App features, processors, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes take effect when published unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
