سياسة الخصوصية

خصوصيتك بسيطة لدينا لسببٍ واضح: تطبيق «راديو برو» لا يحتوي على حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول، ولا نُشغّل أي قاعدة بيانات للمستخدمين. توضح هذه الصفحة بدقة ما الذي يغادر جهازك وما الذي لا يغادره أبدًا.

من نحن

«راديو برو» تطبيق للاستماع إلى محطات الإذاعة العامة عبر الإنترنت على أجهزة iPhone وiPad، يطوّره همام العبدالله (GCC Apps) في دولة قطر. للتواصل: hamam@gccapps.com.

ما يبقى على جهازك ولا يغادره

محطاتك المحفوظة وأسماؤها المخصّصة.
سجلّ الاستماع الأخير.
إعداداتك (اللغة، والمظهر، والدولة).

تُخزَّن هذه البيانات على جهازك فقط، ويمكنك حذفها من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، أو بحذف التطبيق نفسه.

ما الذي يغادر جهازك ولماذا

طلبات دليل المحطات: عند التصفّح أو البحث، يُرسَل نص البحث ومعايير التصفّح (الدولة، النوع، اللغة) إلى دليل المحطات المجتمعي radio-browser.info لغرضٍ وحيد هو إعادة المحطات المطابقة، دون أي حساب أو مُعرِّف يربطها بك.
إحصاء تشغيل مجهول: عند تشغيل محطة من الدليل، يُسجَّل «تشغيل» واحد مجهول لتلك المحطة (مُعرِّف المحطة فقط، وبحدٍ أقصى مرة واحدة يوميًا لكل محطة) ضمن عدّادات الشعبية العامة في الدليل. لا يُرفَق به أي مُعرِّف شخصي.
البث المباشر: يتصل جهازك مباشرةً بخوادم جهة البث نفسها — تمامًا كما لو زرت موقعها — فيظهر عنوان IP الخاص بك لتلك الخوادم كما في أي زيارة ويب اعتيادية. كما تُحمَّل شعارات المحطات من خوادم المحطات ذاتها.
تحديث الكتالوج: يتحقق التطبيق دوريًا من خادمنا (gccapps.com) لجلب تحديثات كتالوج المحطات، بسجلات خادمٍ اعتيادية فقط.
الاشتراكات: تُعالَج عمليات الشراء بالكامل عبر Apple. نحن لا نطّلع أبدًا على بيانات الدفع الخاصة بك، ولا نملك خادمًا يستقبلها.

الإعلانات في الخطة المجانية

تعرض الخطة المجانية إعلانات لافتة (بانر) من Google AdMob. قد تجمع Google، بصفتها شريكنا الإعلاني، مُعرِّف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك وبيانات التفاعل مع الإعلانات لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها — في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة لا يحدث ذلك إلا بعد موافقتك عبر نموذج الموافقة، وعلى iOS لا يُستخدم مُعرِّف الإعلانات إلا بعد إذنك عبر مطالبة «السماح بالتتبّع» من Apple. يمكنك تغيير خيارك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق («خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات») ومن إعدادات النظام. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google. اشتراك «برو» يزيل الإعلانات نهائيًا.

ما لا نفعله إطلاقًا

لا إعلانات صوتية أبدًا: لا يقاطع أي إعلان البث مطلقًا؛ الإعلانات المرئية تقتصر على الخطة المجانية ويزيلها اشتراك «برو».
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث خارج ما هو موصوف في هذه الصفحة (دليل المحطات وشريكنا الإعلاني).
لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا أي محتوى شخصي.

الأساس القانوني

المعالجة المحدودة الموصوفة أعلاه ضرورية لتقديم وظيفة التطبيق ذاتها (تنفيذ العقد بيننا وبينك)، وتستند عدّادات الشعبية المجهولة إلى المصلحة المشروعة في تحسين ترتيب المحطات للجميع، وتستند الإعلانات المخصّصة إلى موافقتك حيث يقتضي القانون ذلك.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

لا نُشغّل قاعدة بيانات للمستخدمين، فليس لدينا ما نحتفظ به. بياناتك المحلية تبقى على جهازك حتى تحذفها.

الأمان

تُجرى اتصالات الدليل والكتالوج عبر HTTPS المشفَّر. بعض محطات الإذاعة حول العالم لا تبث إلا عبر روابط غير مشفَّرة؛ يقتصر هذا الاستثناء على الصوت وحده، ولا تمر أي بيانات شخصية عبره.

حقوقك

لأننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية عنك، فإن حقوق الاطّلاع والحذف والنقل مُلبّاة تلقائيًا بحكم التصميم. ولأي استفسار راسلنا على hamam@gccapps.com وسنرد خلال أيام عمل قليلة.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة، ولا يجمع بيانات من أي مستخدم أيًّا كان عمره.

النقل الدولي

خوادم دليل المحطات المجتمعي تُدار في أوروبا، وجهات البث موزَّعة حول العالم؛ ولا يصلها من جهازك سوى ما هو موصوف أعلاه.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

عند أي تغيير جوهري سنُحدِّث هذه الصفحة ونُعدِّل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه قبل سريان التغيير.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is simple here for a clear reason: Radio Pro has no accounts, no sign-in, and we operate no user database. This page states precisely what leaves your device and what never does.

Who we are

Radio Pro is an internet-radio player for iPhone and iPad, developed by Hamam Alabdulla (GCC Apps) in Qatar. Contact: hamam@gccapps.com.

What stays on your device

Your saved stations and any custom names you give them.
Your recent listening history.
Your settings (language, appearance, country).

All of it is stored only on your device. You can delete it in the app at any time, or by deleting the app.

What leaves your device, and why

Station directory requests: when you browse or search, your search text and browse criteria (country, genre, language) are sent to the community station directory radio-browser.info solely to return matching stations. No account or identifier is attached.
Anonymous play count: when a directory station starts playing, one anonymous "click" for that station (station id only, at most once per day per station) is recorded in the directory's public popularity counters. Nothing links it to you.
Streams: audio plays directly from each broadcaster's own servers — exactly as if you visited their website — so your IP address is visible to those servers as in any ordinary web request. Station logos load from the stations' own servers too.
Catalog updates: the app periodically checks our server (gccapps.com) for station-catalog updates, with ordinary web-server logs only.
Subscriptions: purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, and we run no server that could receive them.

Ads on the free plan

The free plan shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. As our advertising partner, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads — in the EEA/UK only after your consent via the consent form, and on iOS the advertising identifier is used only after you allow Apple's tracking prompt. You can change your choice anytime in the app's Settings ("Ad Privacy Options") and in the system settings. See Google's privacy policy. Radio Pro Pro removes ads entirely.

What we never do

Never audio ads: no advertisement ever interrupts the stream; visual ads exist only on the free plan, and Pro removes them.
We do not sell your data, and we share nothing with third parties beyond what this page describes (the station directory and our advertising partner).
We collect no location, no contacts, and no personal content.

Legal basis

The limited processing described above is necessary to provide the app's core function (performance of our contract with you); the anonymous popularity counters rest on the legitimate interest of ranking stations better for everyone, and personalized ads rest on your consent where the law requires it.

Data retention

We operate no user database, so there is nothing for us to retain. Your local data stays on your device until you delete it.

Security

Directory and catalog connections use encrypted HTTPS. Some radio stations around the world broadcast only over unencrypted stream URLs; that exception is confined to the audio itself, and no personal data ever crosses it.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, access, deletion, and portability rights are satisfied by design. For any question, write to hamam@gccapps.com — we reply within a few business days.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from any user of any age.

International transfer

The community directory's servers operate in Europe, and broadcasters are located worldwide; only what is described above ever reaches them from your device.

Changes to this policy

For any material change we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
