Who we are

RadioPush ("لاسلكي") is a walkie-talkie app for short voice messages, developed and operated by Hamam Alabdulla, State of Qatar. This policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect and why

• Display name: received from Sign in with Apple — we do not request your email address — so channel members can see who you are.
• Account identifier: a technical ID created at sign-in that links your channels and messages to your account.
• Voice recordings: the voice messages you send to your channels — the app's core function; delivered only to members of that channel.
• Device & push identifiers: technical tokens that deliver voice messages to your devices, including while locked.
• Subscription status: if you subscribe to Pro we keep your subscription state and plan. Payment is processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.
• Crash reports: technical logs when the app crashes, not linked to your identity, used to fix bugs.

We collect no location, no contacts, run no behavioral analytics or ads, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you asked for (sending and receiving voice messages, managing your subscription) and for our legitimate interest in securing the service and preventing abuse.

Third parties

• Google Firebase — our infrastructure (authentication, database, recording storage, crash reporting). Your data is hosted in Google Cloud's Doha region (me-central1).
• Apple — sign-in, push notifications, and subscription payment processing.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Data retention

• Voice recordings are automatically deleted from our servers within at most 7 days.
• When content is reported, a copy is kept for review for up to 24 months to meet content-moderation obligations.
• Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.

Security

Data travels encrypted (TLS), access is restricted by server-enforced security rules, and only a channel's members can reach its recordings.

Your rights

• Delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) — removes your profile, recordings, and data.
• Access & correction: email hamam@gccapps.com with any request about your data.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

International transfer

Data is stored in the Doha region; Apple and Google may process some technical data in other regions under their contractual safeguards.

Changes to this policy

For any material change we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
