SatHaa is a GCC vehicle services marketplace that helps customers find tow trucks, furniture moving vehicles, water tankers, and heavy equipment providers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use SatHaa:

• Sign in with Apple account identifiers, and email address if Apple provides it.
• Selected language and selected GCC country.
• Driver profile details, such as name, phone number, country, and email.
• Vehicle listing details, such as service category, vehicle number, price, visibility status, and heavy equipment type.
• Subscription status and Apple transaction identifiers used to validate driver subscriptions.
• Basic app diagnostics, crash reports, and security logs used to protect and improve the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users with Sign in with Apple.
• Show customer-visible vehicle listings when a driver has an active trial or subscription.
• Let customers contact providers directly by call or WhatsApp.
• Validate subscriptions and manage subscription status.
• Prevent spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Improve app reliability, security, and performance.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Driver listing information that is marked visible may be shown to authenticated customers in the app. Phone calls and WhatsApp messages are handled by the phone or WhatsApp apps and are subject to their own privacy practices.

Third-Party Services

SatHaa uses trusted third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Apple services for Sign in with Apple and in-app subscriptions.
• Firebase services for authentication, database, Cloud Functions, App Check, analytics, crash reporting, and security.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request account deletion from inside the app. When deletion is requested, driver vehicle listings are removed and account data is scheduled for permanent deletion after the recovery period.

Children

SatHaa is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use technical safeguards such as Firebase Security Rules, Firebase App Check, server-side subscription validation, and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access and abuse.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
