TallyDeck (الحسبة) تطبيق لتسجيل نتائج ألعاب الورق (مثل البلوت والهاند والتركس وطرنيب) على أجهزة iPhone وiPad، يطوّره وينشره Hamam A. Alabdulla («نحن») ومقره دولة قطر. تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل التطبيق مع بياناتك.
لا نجمع أي بيانات. لا يطلب التطبيق اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك أو موقعك، ولا ينشئ حسابًا، ولا يتصل بالإنترنت أصلًا. كل ما تُدخله يبقى على جهازك ولا يغادره.
ليؤدي التطبيق عمله، يحفظ محليًا على جهازك ما يلي:
الإعلان الصوتي للنتائج يستخدم خاصية تحويل النص إلى كلام المدمجة في نظام iOS على الجهاز نفسه، ولا يستخدم الميكروفون ولا يرسل أي نص خارج الجهاز.
قد تُضمَّن بيانات التطبيق في النسخ الاحتياطية لجهازك (عبر iCloud أو الكمبيوتر) وفقًا لإعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي التي تختارها في نظام iOS. تخضع تلك النسخ لسياسة خصوصية Apple، ولا نستطيع نحن الوصول إليها.
بما أننا لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية ولا نعالجها، فلا توجد معالجة تستدعي أساسًا قانونيًا. البيانات التي تحفظها على جهازك تبقى تحت سيطرتك الكاملة.
لا يستخدم التطبيق أي حزم برمجية لأطراف ثالثة، ولا خدمات تحليل، ولا شبكات إعلانية، ولا أدوات للإبلاغ عن الأعطال. الجهة الوحيدة المشاركة في توفير التطبيق هي Apple بصفتها مشغّل App Store ونظام iOS؛ وقد تعالج Apple بيانات مثل التنزيل أو إحصاءات الاستخدام المجهولة وفقًا لسياساتها وإعداداتك، دون أن نطّلع نحن على أي شيء يعرّف بك.
تبقى بياناتك على جهازك ما دمت تحتفظ بها. يمكنك حذف أي جلسة من داخل التطبيق، أو حذف التطبيق نفسه فتُحذف معه كل بياناته من الجهاز. ولا توجد لدينا نسخة من أي شيء لنحذفها.
تُحفظ البيانات داخل حاوية التطبيق المعزولة التي يوفرها نظام iOS، وتحميها آليات التشفير المدمجة في الجهاز عندما يكون مقفلًا برمز أو ببصمة. ولأن التطبيق لا يتصل بأي شبكة، فلا تُنقل بياناتك عبر الإنترنت من الأساس.
حقوق الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها ونقلها متاحة لك مباشرة، لأن البيانات كلها على جهازك: تستطيع الاطلاع عليها وتعديلها وحذفها من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت دون الحاجة إلى طلب منا. وإن كان لديك أي استفسار بشأن خصوصيتك، فراسلنا على البريد المذكور أدناه.
التطبيق أداة عامة لتسجيل النتائج، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا تحديدًا، ولا يجمع أي بيانات من أي مستخدم أيًّا كان عمره.
لا يُنقل أي شيء من بياناتك إلى خارج جهازك، وبالتالي لا يوجد نقل دولي للبيانات.
إذا أضفنا مستقبلًا ميزة تغيّر طريقة التعامل مع بياناتك (مثل مزامنة اختيارية أو تصدير)، فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه قبل نشر تلك النسخة من التطبيق.

In short: TallyDeck runs entirely on your device. It collects no personal data, sends nothing to us or to anyone else, and has no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking.
TallyDeck is a score tracker for card games such as Baloot, Hand, Trix, and Tarneeb, for iPhone and iPad. It is developed and published by Hamam A. Alabdulla ("we"), based in Qatar. This policy explains how the app handles your data.
We collect nothing. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or location, creates no account, and does not connect to the internet at all. Everything you enter stays on your device and never leaves it.
To do its job, the app stores the following locally on your device:
Voice announcements use the text-to-speech engine built into iOS, on the device itself. The app does not use the microphone and sends no text off the device.
App data may be included in your device backups (iCloud or computer backups) according to the backup settings you choose in iOS. Those backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy, and we have no access to them.
Because we neither collect nor process personal data, there is no processing that requires a legal basis. The data you keep on your device remains fully under your control.
The app uses no third-party SDKs, no analytics services, no ad networks, and no crash-reporting tools. The only other party involved in providing the app is Apple, as the operator of the App Store and iOS. Apple may process data such as downloads or anonymised usage statistics under its own policies and your settings; we see nothing that identifies you.
Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep it. You can delete any session from within the app, or delete the app itself, which removes all of its data from the device. We hold no copy of anything, so there is nothing for us to delete.
Data is kept inside the app's sandboxed container provided by iOS and is protected by the device's built-in encryption whenever the device is locked with a passcode or biometrics. Since the app never connects to a network, your data is never transmitted over the internet in the first place.
Your rights to access, correct, delete, and export your data are available to you directly, because all of the data is on your device: you can view, edit, and delete it from within the app at any time without asking us. If you have any privacy question, write to us at the address below.
The app is a general-purpose score tracker and is not specifically directed at children under 13. It collects no data from any user, of any age.
None of your data leaves your device, so there is no international transfer of data.
If a future version adds a feature that changes how your data is handled (for example an optional sync or export), we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before that version of the app is released.
