توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية التعامل مع المعلومات عند استخدام ThinkWire. لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا يستخدم Firebase أو خدمة تحليلات يديرها المطوّر، ولا يرفع تقدمك في الألغاز أو إعداداتك إلى خادم تابع لنا.

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق ThinkWire لنظام iOS، الذي يقدّمه المطوّر همام العبدالله من دولة قطر.
البيانات الموجودة على جهازك
يُحفظ تقدم اللعب والنجوم والإعدادات وحالة شراء حزمة المراحل محليًا على جهازك. يمكنك إعادة ضبط بيانات اللعب من داخل التطبيق، كما تُزال هذه البيانات عادةً عند حذف التطبيق.
المعلومات التي تعالجها خدمات الإعلانات
يستخدم ThinkWire حزمة Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ومنصة User Messaging Platform لعرض الإعلانات، وإدارة الموافقة، وقياس أداء الإعلانات والتطبيق. قد تعالج Google الفئات الآتية بحسب جهازك ومنطقتك وخيارات الموافقة:
- الموقع التقريبي: مثل الموقع المستنتج من عنوان IP، لأغراض الإعلانات والتحليلات وتشغيل نماذج الموافقة.
- معرّف الجهاز: للإعلانات والتحليلات؛ وقد يُستخدم للتتبع عبر تطبيقات ومواقع شركات أخرى إذا سمحت بذلك.
- بيانات الإعلانات: مثل الإعلانات المعروضة والتفاعل معها، لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها.
- التفاعل مع المنتج: معلومات استخدام مرتبطة بأداء الإعلانات والتطبيق.
- بيانات الأعطال: لتشخيص الأعطال وتحسين الاستقرار.
- بيانات الأداء والتشخيص: مثل زمن التشغيل والمشكلات التقنية، للتحليلات وتشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها.
تبيّن بيانات الخصوصية المضمّنة في حزم Google أن الموقع التقريبي ومعرّف الجهاز وبيانات الإعلانات والتفاعل مع المنتج قد تكون مرتبطة بمعرّف لدى Google، بينما لا ترتبط بيانات الأعطال والأداء والتشخيص بهويتك. تشمل الأغراض إعلانات الطرف الثالث، وإعلانات المطوّر أو التسويق، والتحليلات، ووظائف التطبيق عند انطباقها.
يطلب التطبيق موافقتك عند الحاجة قبل طلب إذن التتبع من iOS. يمكنك رفض التتبع ومواصلة اللعب؛ وقد تظل الإعلانات السياقية متاحة. يظهر خيار «خيارات الخصوصية» في الإعدادات عندما تشترطه Google في منطقتك.
المشتريات
تعالج Apple عملية شراء حزمة المراحل عبر StoreKit. يتحقق التطبيق من الاستحقاق ويحفظ حالته محليًا لفتح المحتوى وإزالة الإعلانات. لا نتلقى رقم بطاقتك ولا نرسل سجل مشترياتك إلى خادم تابع لنا.
الأساس القانوني
نعتمد على موافقتك عندما يشترط القانون ذلك لمعالجة بيانات الإعلانات أو التتبع، وعلى مصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل التطبيق وحمايته وتحسين استقراره، وعلى تنفيذ طلبك عند شراء محتوى إضافي من Apple.
الأطراف الثالثة
تعالج Google بيانات الإعلانات والموافقة وفق سياسة خصوصية Google، وتعالج Apple المشتريات وفق سياسة خصوصية Apple. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وأمنها
تبقى بيانات اللعب المحلية حتى تعيد ضبطها أو تحذف التطبيق. تحتفظ Google وApple بالبيانات التي تعالجانها للفترات المبينة في سياساتهما. نتخذ تدابير معقولة لتقليل البيانات، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بصورة مطلقة.
حقوقك وخياراتك
يمكنك رفض إذن التتبع أو تغييره من إعدادات iOS، واستخدام «خيارات الخصوصية» داخل التطبيق عندما تكون متاحة، وإعادة ضبط تقدمك، أو حذف التطبيق. للاستفسار عن الوصول أو الحذف أو التصحيح أو الاعتراض أو نقل البيانات، راسلنا على hamam@gccapps.com. ولأننا لا ننشئ حسابًا لك، فقد لا نتمكن من ربط طلبك بسجل محدد لدى طرف ثالث.
الأطفال
ThinkWire غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عامًا، وغير مسجّل ضمن فئة الأطفال في App Store، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلاً قدّم معلومات شخصية، فتواصل معنا لنراجع الأمر.
نقل البيانات دوليًا
قد تعالج Google وApple المعلومات في بلدان غير بلد إقامتك. تخضع عمليات النقل هذه للضمانات وآليات الحماية التي تصفها كل شركة في سياستها.
التغييرات على السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو خدماته. سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث التاريخ أعلاه. تسري التغييرات من تاريخ نشرها.

Privacy is part of the game’s design
This policy applies to the ThinkWire iOS app, provided by developer Hamam Alabdulla in the State of Qatar.
Who we are and scope
This policy explains how information is handled when you use ThinkWire. The app requires no account, uses no Firebase or developer-operated analytics service, and does not upload your puzzle progress or settings to our servers.
Information on your device
Game progress, stars, settings, and the level-pack entitlement are stored locally on your device. You can reset game data in the app, and this information is normally removed when you delete the app.
Information processed by advertising services
ThinkWire uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and the User Messaging Platform to serve ads, manage consent, and measure ad and app performance. Depending on your device, region, and consent choices, Google may process:
- Coarse Location: such as location inferred from an IP address, for advertising, analytics, and consent functionality.
- Device ID: for advertising and analytics; it may be used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites if you allow it.
- Advertising Data: such as ads shown and interactions with them, to deliver and measure advertising.
- Product Interaction: usage information associated with ad and app performance.
- Crash Data: to diagnose failures and improve stability.
- Performance and Other Diagnostic Data: such as runtime and technical issues, for analytics and service operation.
Google’s embedded privacy manifests report Coarse Location, Device ID, Advertising Data, and Product Interaction as potentially linked to a Google identifier, while Crash, Performance, and Other Diagnostic Data are not linked to your identity. Applicable purposes include Third-Party Advertising, Developer’s Advertising or Marketing, Analytics, and App Functionality.
Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting iOS tracking permission. You may refuse tracking and continue playing; contextual ads may still be available. A “Privacy Choices” entry appears in Settings when Google requires it in your region.
Purchases
Apple processes the Level Pack purchase through StoreKit. The app verifies the entitlement and stores its status locally to unlock content and remove ads. We do not receive your card number or send your purchase history to our server.
Legal bases
We rely on your consent where required for advertising data or tracking, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving app stability, and performance of your request when you buy additional content from Apple.
Third-party services
Google processes advertising and consent data under the Google Privacy Policy. Apple processes purchases under the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
Local game data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Google and Apple retain the information they process for the periods described in their policies. We use reasonable data-minimization safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
You can refuse or change tracking permission in iOS Settings, use in-app Privacy Choices when available, reset your progress, or delete the app. For access, deletion, correction, objection, or portability questions, email hamam@gccapps.com. Because we create no account for you, we may be unable to associate a request with a particular third-party record.
Children
ThinkWire is not directed to children under 13, is not enrolled in the App Store Kids category, and does not knowingly collect children’s data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
International transfers
Google and Apple may process information in countries other than where you live. Those transfers are subject to the safeguards and protection mechanisms each company describes in its policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features or services change. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Changes apply from their publication date.
