Effective Date: July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Qardly (كاردلي) iOS app, published by GCC Apps.
Qardly helps you create and share a digital business card. The app is local-first by design: it has no account system, no servers, and no analytics. We do not collect any data from the app — your card information stays on your device, under your control.
Qardly lets you enter business card details such as your name, job title, company, phone number, email address, website, social links, profile photo or logo, and other information you choose to include on your card.
You decide what information to add and what information to share.
Your card information is used only on your device to:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not contact the people you share your card with. We do not use your card information for advertising.
All card information, follow-up notes, and local activity history are stored only on your device. Qardly does not sync your data to any server and does not include its own cloud sync.
If you back up your device (for example with iCloud Backup or a computer backup), your backups may include app data. Backups are managed by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Sharing is always something you initiate. When you share your card — by QR code, contact card, image, or email signature — the information you put on the card goes directly to the recipient. Nothing passes through us, and we cannot see who you share with. Only include information on your card that you are comfortable making available to others.
Qardly never reads your address book. When you or a recipient saves a card, the system’s “new contact” screen is used, and the contact is saved directly on that device.
If you add a photo or logo to your card, the system photo picker is used; only the image you select is stored, locally on your device.
Optional Qardly Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Purchases are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Qardly does not collect analytics, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not build advertising profiles. The activity history shown in the app (such as how many times you opened your QR code) is computed and stored only on your device.
Qardly is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help address the issue.
You can delete card information from within the app, or remove everything by deleting the app from your device. If your device backups include app data, you can manage those through Apple’s device or iCloud settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If a future version of Qardly ever adds a feature that collects data, this policy will be updated before that feature is released.
