The service

MicOne records audio locally, transcribes recordings after recording, and summarizes transcripts. Cloud processing needs an internet connection and your permission to send content under the privacy policy.

Content and accuracy

Record and share only content you have the right to record and process. Obtain other people’s permission where required. AI can make mistakes in transcripts, speaker labels and summaries; review results before relying on them. Keep and export copies of important content.

Trial and subscription

The one-time trial includes two transcription minutes and two summaries. MicOne Pro includes up to 1,200 transcription minutes and 100 summaries per month. Choose monthly or yearly billing; the App Store shows the price and period before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends. Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its terms. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription.

Minute packs and restore

The 60-, 300- and 500-minute packs are separate purchases and include summary credits as shown in the app. Credits do not expire with time. Restore transfers eligible remaining value; it does not grant spent credit again. After reinstalling version 1.0, update to 1.1 to restore safely to the new installation account. Account deletion removes remaining credit; export data and review your balance before confirming.

Availability and support

Processing may be unavailable because of connectivity, usage limits or provider failures. If a purchase is not delivered, retry or use Restore without buying the credit again. Contact hamam@gccapps.com. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies.
