NoNet Chat — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

Summary: NoNet Chat collects no data. The app has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no trackers. Your messages travel only over Bluetooth between nearby devices and are stored only on your device.

What we do not collect

NoNet Chat does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app makes no connections to the internet for chat functionality: there is no server, no account registration, no phone number, no email, no analytics SDK, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We cannot see your messages, your nickname, or anything else — the data never reaches us.

Data stored on your device

The following stays on your device only, under your control:

Your nickname and app settings (language, appearance, themes).
Your chat history, including voice messages. You can erase it at any time in Settings → Clear Chat History, or by deleting the app.
Your encryption identity (a cryptographic key pair) stored in the device Keychain. It is generated on your device and never leaves it.

What is shared over Bluetooth — by design

NoNet Chat works by exchanging data directly with nearby devices over Bluetooth Low Energy:

Your nickname and public key are broadcast to nearby NoNet Chat users so they can see you and message you.
Nearby Chat messages are public to everyone around you using the app — like speaking in a room.
Private messages and voice notes are end-to-end encrypted (X25519 + AES-256-GCM). Nearby devices may relay them to extend range, but only the intended recipient can read them.

Microphone

The microphone is used only while you record a voice message, and only after you grant permission. Recordings are sent solely to the chat you choose and are never uploaded anywhere — the app has nowhere to upload them to.

Purchases

Optional purchases (NoNet Pro, tips) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and no purchase identity.

Notifications

Notifications are generated locally on your device when a message arrives over Bluetooth. No push-notification service is used.

Children

NoNet Chat collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.

الخلاصة: تطبيق «دردشة بدون نت» لا يجمع أي بيانات. لا خوادم، ولا حسابات، ولا تحليلات، ولا إعلانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع. تنتقل رسائلك عبر البلوتوث فقط بين الأجهزة القريبة، وتُحفظ على جهازك فقط.

ما لا نجمعه

لا يجمع التطبيق أي معلومات شخصية ولا يخزّنها ولا يرسلها ولا يبيعها. لا يتصل التطبيق بالإنترنت لأداء وظائف الدردشة: لا يوجد خادم، ولا تسجيل حساب، ولا رقم هاتف، ولا بريد إلكتروني، ولا أدوات تحليلات، ولا تتبّع من أي طرف ثالث. لا يمكننا رؤية رسائلك أو اسمك المستعار أو أي شيء آخر — فالبيانات لا تصل إلينا أصلًا.

البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك

تبقى البيانات التالية على جهازك فقط وتحت سيطرتك:

اسمك المستعار وإعدادات التطبيق (اللغة، المظهر، السمات).
سجل الدردشة، بما في ذلك الرسائل الصوتية. يمكنك حذفه في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← مسح سجل الدردشة، أو بحذف التطبيق.
هوية التشفير الخاصة بك (زوج مفاتيح تشفير) محفوظة في سلسلة مفاتيح الجهاز (Keychain). تُنشأ على جهازك ولا تغادره أبدًا.

ما يُشارك عبر البلوتوث — حسب التصميم

يعمل التطبيق عبر تبادل البيانات مباشرة مع الأجهزة القريبة باستخدام البلوتوث منخفض الطاقة:

يُبث اسمك المستعار ومفتاحك العام إلى مستخدمي التطبيق القريبين ليتمكنوا من رؤيتك ومراسلتك.
رسائل «دردشة من حولك» عامة لكل من حولك ممن يستخدم التطبيق — كالتحدث في قاعة مفتوحة.
الرسائل الخاصة والرسائل الصوتية مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف (X25519 + AES-256-GCM). قد تعيد الأجهزة القريبة تمريرها لتوسيع المدى، لكن لا يستطيع قراءتها إلا المستلم المقصود.

الميكروفون

يُستخدم الميكروفون فقط أثناء تسجيل رسالة صوتية، وبعد منح الإذن فقط. تُرسل التسجيلات إلى المحادثة التي تختارها فحسب، ولا تُرفع إلى أي مكان — فليس لدى التطبيق مكان يرفعها إليه.

المشتريات

تُعالج المشتريات الاختيارية (NoNet Pro، الدعم) بالكامل بواسطة Apple عبر App Store. لا نتلقى أي بيانات دفع أو هوية شراء.

الإشعارات

تُنشأ الإشعارات محليًا على جهازك عند وصول رسالة عبر البلوتوث. لا تُستخدم أي خدمة إشعارات خارجية.

الأطفال

لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات من أي شخص، بمن في ذلك الأطفال.

التغييرات

إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة، ستُنشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذا العنوان مع تاريخ سريان جديد.
