NoNet Chat lets you exchange messages with people nearby over Bluetooth — no internet, no servers, no accounts. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must accept them in the app before you can start chatting.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must be 18 years or older to use NoNet Chat. You agree not to send content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you send.
NoNet Chat has no servers and no accounts. Messages travel directly between nearby devices and exist only on those devices. Nobody — including us — can read, store, or remove content from anyone's device. Enforcement therefore happens on your device: filtering, blocking, and hiding a sender's content take effect instantly and locally, which in a serverless app is the strongest action possible.
Reports reach us at reports@gccapps.com and are reviewed and answered within 24 hours. When you report from inside the app, the offending sender can be blocked and their content hidden on your device immediately — before the report is even sent.
Optional purchases (NoNet Pro, tips) are one-time payments processed by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms. They unlock cosmetic and convenience features only; chatting is free.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Bluetooth range and message delivery depend on your surroundings and nearby devices, and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content exchanged between users or for any damages arising from use of the app.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.

يتيح لك «دردشة بدون نت» تبادل الرسائل مع الأشخاص القريبين عبر البلوتوث — بدون إنترنت وبدون خوادم وبدون حسابات. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، ويجب قبولها داخل التطبيق قبل بدء الدردشة.

لا يملك «دردشة بدون نت» أي خوادم أو حسابات. تنتقل الرسائل مباشرة بين الأجهزة القريبة ولا توجد إلا على تلك الأجهزة. لا يستطيع أحد — بمن في ذلك نحن — قراءة المحتوى أو تخزينه أو إزالته من جهاز أي شخص. لذلك يتم الإنفاذ على جهازك: تسري التصفية والحظر وإخفاء محتوى المرسل فورًا ومحليًا، وهذا أقوى إجراء ممكن في تطبيق بلا خوادم.
تصلنا البلاغات على reports@gccapps.com وتُراجَع ويُرَدّ عليها خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وعند الإبلاغ من داخل التطبيق يمكن حظر المرسل المسيء وإخفاء محتواه على جهازك فورًا — حتى قبل إرسال البلاغ.
المشتريات الاختيارية (NoNet Pro، الدعم) مدفوعات لمرة واحدة تعالجها Apple عبر App Store وفق شروط Apple، وهي تفتح ميزات تجميلية وإضافية فقط؛ أما الدردشة فمجانية.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. يعتمد مدى البلوتوث ووصول الرسائل على محيطك والأجهزة القريبة، وهما غير مضمونين. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن المحتوى المتبادل بين المستخدمين أو عن أي أضرار تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق.
إذا تغيّرت هذه الشروط، ستُنشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذا العنوان مع تاريخ جديد.
