سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق Private Tutor

توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام تطبيق Private Tutor (ويُشار إليه بـ«التطبيق»، ومعرّف الحزمة الخاص به هو com.hamam.private-tutor) بجمع المعلومات واستخدامها والإفصاح عنها وحمايتها. تطبيق Private Tutor هو سوق إلكتروني على نظام iOS يساعد الطلاب في العثور على مدرّسين خصوصيين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

١. الجهة المشغّلة للتطبيق

يشغّل تطبيق Private Tutor Hamam Alabdulla في الدوحة، قطر. للاستفسارات أو الطلبات المتعلقة بالخصوصية، يرجى التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني: hamam@gccapp.com.

٢. المعلومات التي نجمعها

التصفح والمعلومات المحلية

يمكن للطلاب تصفح ملفات المدرّسين من دون إنشاء حساب. ومع ذلك، قد يجمع التطبيق معلومات التحليلات والتشخيص الموضحة أدناه. وقد تُخزّن المفضلة وسجل البحث وتفضيل اللغة وحالة إكمال خطوات البدء والإعدادات المشابهة محليًا على جهاز المستخدم.

معلومات الحساب والمصادقة

تتطلب ميزات المدرّسين استخدام «تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple». عند تسجيل الدخول، توفر Apple وخدمة Firebase Authentication المعلومات التالية أو تنشئها:

• معرّف حساب Apple ومعرّف مستخدم Firebase؛
• عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، وقد يكون عنوانًا خاصًا لإخفاء البريد توفره Apple، إذا أتاحت Apple هذا العنوان؛
• الاسم، إذا وفرته Apple عند منح الإذن لأول مرة؛ و
• رموز المصادقة ومعلومات الجلسة اللازمة للحفاظ على أمان الحساب.

معلومات ملف المدرّس

عند إنشاء ملف مدرّس، يقدّم المستخدم معلومات مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف ورمز الدولة والدولة والمدينة والمواد الدراسية والمراحل وطريقة التدريس واللغات المتحدث بها والسعر بالساعة وأوقات التوفر والنبذة وعدد سنوات الخبرة وما إذا كان يقدم مساعدة في المشاريع.

يُخزّن أيضًا معرّف الجهاز الخاص بالمورّد مع ملف المدرّس لتطبيق قاعدة «ملف واحد لكل جهاز» والمساعدة في منع إساءة الاستخدام.

معلومات الاشتراك والمعاملات

يعالج التطبيق وخدماته الخلفية معرّفات منتجات StoreKit وفئة الاشتراك وحالته ومعرّفات المعاملات ومعرّفات المعاملات الأصلية وتواريخ الشراء والانتهاء وإشعارات خادم Apple. تعالج Apple الفوترة وبيانات بطاقات الدفع، ولا نتلقى بيانات بطاقة الدفع الكاملة.

التحليلات ومعلومات التشخيص

نستخدم Firebase Analytics وFirebase Crashlytics. وبحسب طريقة استخدام التطبيق، قد تتلقى هذه الخدمات:

• إصدار التطبيق وطراز الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل واسم الجهاز واللغة والإعدادات المحلية ومعلومات تقنية عامة؛
• عمليات فتح التطبيق ومشاهدات الشاشات ومدة الجلسة وعمليات البحث وعوامل التصفية ومشاهدات الملفات وإجراءات التواصل وأحداث الاشتراك واستخدام الميزات؛ و
• تقارير الأعطال وتتبعات المكدس وتفاصيل الأخطاء وسياق الأداء وسجلات التشخيص ذات الصلة.

لا نستخدم هذه المعلومات للإعلانات المقدمة من جهات خارجية أو للتتبع عبر التطبيقات.

٣. كيفية استخدام المعلومات

نستخدم المعلومات من أجل:

• مصادقة المستخدمين وحماية الحسابات؛
• عرض ملفات المدرّسين والبحث فيها وإدارتها؛
• تمكين الطلاب من التواصل مع المدرّسين باستخدام بيانات الاتصال التي يختار المدرّس نشرها؛
• التحقق من عمليات الشراء وتوفير ميزات الاشتراك والاستجابة للتجديد والانتهاء والإلغاء والاسترداد وتعثر الفوترة؛
• منع تكرار الملفات والاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام؛
• تشخيص الأعطال والمحافظة على الأمان وتحسين الأداء وسهولة الاستخدام؛
• تقديم الدعم والاستجابة لطلبات الخصوصية؛ و
• الامتثال للالتزامات القانونية السارية.

عندما يفرض القانون الساري وجود أساس قانوني للمعالجة، نعالج المعلومات بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، أو استنادًا إلى مصالحنا المشروعة في تشغيل التطبيق وتأمينه، أو بناءً على الموافقة حيثما كانت مطلوبة، أو للامتثال للقانون.

٤. ملفات المدرّسين العامة

تكون ملفات المدرّسين النشطة مرئية لأي شخص يستخدم التطبيق، بما في ذلك من لم يسجّل الدخول. وقد تشمل معلومات الملف العام اسم المدرّس ورقم هاتفه وموقعه ومواده الدراسية والمراحل وطريقة التدريس واللغات والسعر وأوقات التوفر والنبذة والخبرة وتفضيل المساعدة في المشاريع والتقييمات وشارة الاشتراك.

يجب عدم إدراج أي معلومات في ملف المدرّس لا يرغب المستخدم في إتاحتها للعامة. ولا تظهر معرّفات Apple أو Firebase أو عناوين البريد الإلكتروني أو معرّفات الأجهزة أو سجلات المعاملات ضمن الملف العام.

٥. الحالات التي نشارك فيها المعلومات

نستخدم مزودي الخدمات بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق فقط:

• Apple: تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple واشتراكات StoreKit وخدمات خادم App Store — سياسة الخصوصية لدى Apple
• Google Firebase وGoogle Cloud: المصادقة واستضافة قاعدة البيانات وCloud Functions وApp Check والتحليلات وتقارير الأعطال والسجلات التشغيلية — سياسة الخصوصية لدى Google

قد نفصح عن المعلومات أيضًا إذا كان القانون يفرض ذلك، أو لحماية المستخدمين أو الخدمة، أو في إطار اندماج أو استحواذ أو نقل للتطبيق، مع تطبيق الضمانات المناسبة.

نحن لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية، ولا نشاركها مع شبكات إعلانية، كما أن التطبيق لا يعرض إعلانات تابعة لجهات خارجية.

٦. معالجة المعلومات دوليًا

خدمات Firebase وGoogle Cloud المستخدمة في التطبيق مهيأة في الولايات المتحدة، بما في ذلك منطقة us-central1. وقد تعالج Apple وGoogle المعلومات في دول أخرى وفقًا لشروط الخصوصية الخاصة بهما. ونستخدم الضمانات المناسبة لنقل المعلومات دوليًا متى كان ذلك مطلوبًا.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالمعلومات وحذف الحساب

نحتفظ بمعلومات الحساب وملف المدرّس ما دام الحساب نشطًا، وبالقدر المعقول اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية المتعلقة بها.

يمكن حذف الحساب من شاشة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق. تؤدي عملية حذف الحساب إلى حذف حساب Firebase Authentication والسجلات المرتبطة بالمستخدم من قاعدة البيانات النشطة، بما في ذلك سجلات المدرّس والمستخدم والمعاملات وملكية الاشتراك والأحداث الأمنية ومشكلات الاشتراك وأخطاء الوظائف الخلفية.

قد تبقى سجلات محدودة مستعارة الهوية لمنع إساءة الاستخدام ومنع تكرار معالجة إشعارات الخادم بعد حذف الحساب. وتزيل عملية الحذف معرّف مستخدم Firebase ومعرّف الجهاز ومعرّفات المعاملات من تلك السجلات. وقد تبقى بيانات التحليلات والتشخيص المجمعة وفقًا لإعدادات الاحتفاظ في Firebase والتزامات مزودي الخدمات.

لا يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إلغاء اشتراك App Store، ولا يلغي تلقائيًا ارتباط Private Tutor بخدمة «تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple». يمكن إدارة الاشتراكات من إعدادات اشتراكات App Store لدى Apple، كما يمكن إيقاف استخدام Apple ID مع Private Tutor بشكل منفصل من إعدادات Apple ID.

تحتفظ Apple بسجلات الشراء والاشتراك وفقًا لسياساتها الخاصة.

٨. الخيارات والحقوق

بحسب مكان الإقامة، قد تكون للمستخدم حقوق في الوصول إلى معلوماته الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها أو الحصول على نسخة قابلة للنقل منها.

• يمكن مراجعة معلومات ملف المدرّس أو تصحيحها باستخدام أدوات تعديل الملف.
• يمكن إخفاء الملف العام أو إزالته باستخدام أدوات الملف المتاحة أو عبر حذف الحساب.
• يمكن حذف الحساب من خلال الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب.
• يمكن التواصل عبر hamam@gccapp.com لتقديم أي طلب آخر متعلق بالخصوصية.

قد نحتاج إلى التحقق من الهوية قبل تنفيذ الطلب. وقد يكون للمستخدم أيضًا حق تقديم شكوى إلى جهة حماية البيانات المختصة في بلده.

٩. الأمان

نستخدم وسائل حماية مصممة لحماية المعلومات، تشمل اتصالات الشبكة المشفرة وFirebase Authentication وApp Check وقواعد أمان Firestore وتقييد الوصول إلى الخدمات الخلفية والتحقق من الاشتراكات على الخادم وتقليل البيانات في سجلات الإنتاج. ومع ذلك، لا توجد خدمة يمكنها ضمان الأمان المطلق.

١٠. الأطفال

حسابات المدرّسين مخصصة للبالغين بعمر ١٨ عامًا أو أكثر. ويمكن للطلاب التصفح من دون إنشاء حساب. التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نطلب عن علم من الأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا تقديم معلومات شخصية. إذا كان هناك اعتقاد بأن طفلًا قدّم معلومات شخصية، يرجى التواصل معنا حتى نتمكن من التحقق منها وحذفها عند الاقتضاء.

١١. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير التطبيق أو مزودي الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية. وسنحدّث التاريخ المبين أعلاه ونقدم إشعارًا إضافيًا عندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا. وستظل النسخة الحالية من السياسة متاحة على هذا الرابط.

Privacy Policy for Private Tutor

This Privacy Policy explains how Private Tutor (the “App,” bundle ID com.hamam.private-tutor) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information. Private Tutor is an iOS marketplace that helps students find tutors in Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

1. Who operates the App

Private Tutor is operated by Hamam Alabdulla in Doha, Qatar. For privacy questions or requests, email hamam@gccapp.com.

2. Information we collect

Browsing and local information

Students can browse tutor profiles without creating an account. The App may still collect analytics and diagnostic information described below. Favorites, search history, language preference, onboarding status, and similar settings may be stored locally on your device.

Account and authentication information

Tutor features require Sign in with Apple. When you sign in, Apple and Firebase Authentication provide or create:

• an Apple account identifier and Firebase user identifier;
• your email address, which may be an Apple private-relay address, if Apple provides it;
• your name, if Apple provides it during the first authorization; and
• authentication tokens and session information needed to keep your account secure.

Tutor profile information

If you create a tutor profile, you provide information such as your name, phone number and country code, country and city, subjects, teaching levels and format, spoken languages, hourly rate, availability, biography, years of experience, and whether you offer project help.

An identifier for your device vendor is also stored with the tutor profile to enforce the one-profile-per-device rule and help prevent abuse.

Subscription and transaction information

The App and its backend process StoreKit product identifiers, subscription tier and status, transaction identifiers, original transaction identifiers, purchase and expiration dates, and Apple server notifications. Apple processes billing and payment-card details; we do not receive your full payment-card information.

Analytics and diagnostics

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Depending on how you use the App, these services may receive:

• app version, device model, operating-system version, device name, language, locale, and general technical information;
• app opens, screen views, session duration, searches, filters, profile views, contact actions, subscription events, and feature usage; and
• crash reports, stack traces, error details, performance context, and related diagnostic logs.

We do not use this information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate users and secure accounts;
• display, search, and manage tutor profiles;
• let students contact tutors using the contact details tutors choose to publish;
• validate purchases, provide subscription features, and respond to renewals, expirations, cancellations, refunds, and billing failures;
• prevent duplicate profiles, fraud, and abuse;
• diagnose crashes, maintain security, and improve performance and usability;
• provide support and respond to privacy requests; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the service, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, with consent where required, or to comply with law.

4. Public tutor profiles

Active tutor profiles are visible to anyone using the App, including people who are not signed in. Public profile information may include the tutor’s name, phone number, location, subjects, teaching levels and format, spoken languages, rate, availability, biography, experience, project-help preference, ratings, and subscription badge.

Do not include information in a tutor profile that you do not want the public to see. Apple identifiers, Firebase identifiers, email addresses, device identifiers, and transaction records are not displayed as part of the public profile.

5. When we share information

We use service providers only as needed to operate the App:

• Apple: Sign in with Apple, StoreKit subscriptions, and App Store server services — Apple Privacy Policy
• Google Firebase and Google Cloud: authentication, database hosting, Cloud Functions, App Check, analytics, crash reporting, and operational logging — Google Privacy Policy

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the App, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with advertising networks, and the App does not serve third-party advertising.

6. International processing

Firebase and Google Cloud services used by the App are configured in the United States, including the us-central1 region. Apple and Google may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

7. Retention and account deletion

We retain account and tutor-profile information while the account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations for the service.

You can delete your account from the App’s Profile screen. Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and user-linked tutor, user, transaction, subscription-owner, security-event, subscription-issue, and function-error records from our active database.

Limited pseudonymized anti-abuse and webhook-deduplication records may remain after deletion. The deletion process removes the Firebase user ID, device ID, and transaction identifiers from those retained records. Aggregated analytics and diagnostic records may remain according to Firebase retention settings and provider obligations.

Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription and does not automatically revoke Private Tutor under Sign in with Apple. Manage subscriptions in Apple’s App Store subscription settings. You may separately stop using your Apple ID with Private Tutor in Apple ID settings.

Apple retains purchase and subscription records under Apple’s own policies.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, or to receive a portable copy.

• Review or correct tutor-profile information using the profile editing controls.
• Hide or remove your public profile using the available profile controls or account deletion.
• Delete your account using Profile → Delete Account.
• Contact hamam@gccapp.com for another privacy request.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, Firebase Authentication, App Check, Firestore Security Rules, restricted backend access, server-side subscription verification, and data-minimized production logging. No service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Tutor accounts are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Students may browse without creating an account. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, our service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. The current policy will remain available at this URL.
