Email hamam@gccapps.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and the steps that caused the issue. Do not attach private dataset contents unless necessary.

Purchases

Open Settings → Restore Purchases to restore an eligible subscription or lifetime purchase. Apple manages billing and subscription cancellation through your App Store account.

CSV Import

Vyzora accepts comma-separated UTF-8 or Latin-1 text with a header row. Imports support files up to 5 MB, 5,000 data rows, and 60 columns.

Data and Exports

Datasets are stored locally on your device. Use the dataset or chart export screen to share CSV, PNG, or PDF files. Uninstalling the app removes local app data unless you exported a copy.
